I BUILT an INDOOR 4x4 COURSE for WINTER

- This COURSE project will continue! These trucks are inexpensive, (under $135 each), 1/24 SCX24 1967 Chevrolet C10 4WD Truck Brushed RTR bit.ly/3jMgVE1 Deadbolt 4WD Rock Crawler Brushed RTR bit.ly/36SZ3Uf 2019 Jeep Wrangler JLU CRC 4WD Rock Crawler Brushed RTR (bit.ly/3dgfY49)
In todays video I pull out all the stops and build a very cool start to what I think will be a every growing indoor crawler course. So many folks have been hunting for a new hobby that costs very little.. and these trucks certainly can fit the bill. They can be "desk" crawlers.. or they can crawl across living rooms.. or if your a crazy person like me, you can bring in a LOT of dirt into a shop and be as elaborate as you want. There are no limits to your creativity.. other than space.
I tried to make this video as entertaining as possible by using a variety of Radio Control equipment. Big or Small I love them all! My favourite of course is the 8000lb RC skid steer that helped move a LOT of dirt for me. I can use that RC and see every tire and know EXACTLY where I am, because Im not sitting in it. Its a great tool to use when precision work is required in small areas.
I hope I earned a like click and you left a comment for me to read

Yessss!! My course is gonna get reworked this winter also. Plenty of mods for my 1/24 coming as well! Love these things for that reason. You can play no matter how bad the weather is.
Getting firewood, I saved a thick piece of bark for a bridge for my 24th Deadbolt.(only one I had then) long enough for the bridge plus enough for a climb on the road at either end.
Tomorrow I'm going to put a pile of dirt in the corner of my bedroom!
Lol... . lol.....
Still laughing
Was thinking the same.
Haha, this actually made me Lol!
Your bags may well be packed that evening also🤪
Nice
I grabbed the yellow Rubicon a few weeks back myself and my 5 year old have been non stop crawling, thanks Medic 😎
Love my SCX24, non stop running ever since I got it, 4-5 cycles per day!
That Bobcat sure made it easy. I would have been stuck with a shovel, wheelbarrow, and maybe a 5 gallon bucket.
This is a good idea with lots of possibilities like place a bac with send and add water to create a muddy obstacle.
That mini course of yours is awesome.i like the way you build it.stay safe my friend.
Nice concept Medic, it looks like I am going to be glued to this series.
This is a great idea during the cold winters! 👍
Thanks bud. Every winter I try to offer something new to our viewers
@@poppygoatshomestead yeah it’s an awesome idea! Winter is a difficult time to try to rc outside. 🥶
That’s awesome!!! That would be fun with friends for sure!
This is so dang cool. I’m not sure I should show this to Charlie or I’ll be heading to the lumber yard tomorrow. Hahaha. Way to go man!
You should add carpenters sand. It is a sand that hardens into a sandstone-ish material when you add water to it. It is usually used for lizards so you could probably find it in a pet store.
The seesaw would be a cool addition. Like the one from the backyard course. Thanks for always keeping us entertained.
I'm sorry you have snow already! Loved the use of RC to get the new indoor course build going! Those micro trucks are awesome!
Go to walmart. Grab a bunch of little xmas trees like 6 and 10 inches tall from the holiday section. Set up woodsy sections on the sides of trail.
Penalties for running down the trees
Brother, there is no limit to your awesomeness. I'm astounded! Just, wow. 👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Thank you so much 😀
Nice course...I loved crazy Joe's course in his garage few year back...think it was Joe's went all round the ceiling and stuff
i think its cool just watching ya build the courses
And I thought you would shape the dirt by hand. Ha! Should have known better with the remote controlled skid steer. Cooler than dirt!
Looking really cool... can't wait to see the final outlay of the track. Awesome work
Hei man, I think it's been more than 8 years since I've been following you, so I think I can call you "my friend".
You are a real source of inspiration ... brother, you really wake up that child in each of us who once wanted to handle construction equipment!
Regarding the new project, I think it would be great if you could reproduce on a 1:24 scale the track you already have in the yard for 1:10 😀.
Chears!
Some trees and greenery (not that kind lol). But some color. Like old buildings or barns with signs and little led lights
I love my little axial truck. The only thing I did to it was tape 4 half dollar coins to it and it was visibly better. Way worth the price.
Possibly some sand. Or maybe make a small concrete hill climb
Also something that's really hard. Almost impossible to conquer
TREMORS !!! You need a Kevin bacon to drive that cat, and a old jeep gladiator , trap doors in the box and graboids puppets !!!!!! That would be so awesome
Hats off to you brother !!! man.... When i grow up i want to be like you. 100
Good inspiration Sir good job well done
Awesome course for RC
What a great idea. I think a little bridge and tunnel would make a great addition.
A bridge ,tunnel or little muddy creek but absolutely fabulous idea you got there 💥👍🏽🔥👊🏾✌🏽
Love the 1/24 course!👍 have you thought of adding additional levels up, as apposed to just adding to the area it covers? Would give you many ways of creating bigger climbs & even traps that would cause you to fall back to the lower level!? Looking forward to more on this course for sure Aaron! 👍🍻🤘
Killer indoor course. I like my 1\24 axial chevy
That sure looks like it will be fun come winter.
I'm very curious to see how you keep your batteries of all different RC cars and stuff loaded. You must have a bunch of chargers.. and how do you keep track of what needs to be loaded, is already fully loaded, etc. And have you ever had something caught fire?
Superb track crafting! 😉💯👍🏻
Hi medic how about a micro see-saw and a micro rope bridge that will look great and challenging on your course ! Great video as always 👍
Only you medic.. lol love watching your videos and you've given lots of helpful hints and ideas so thank you
Love the scx 24 Arron. Keep it up !!
This is why I flipping love this channel!!! That looks more satisfying than having your finger break through the TP. Not that I have ever experienced that.
I do have a suggestion, Medic!!! This show would be much more entertaining if I was there and a part of the shenanigans!! Hahaha!!
An ultimate scx24 build would be cool
It would be cool to see a bridge that connects another course.
Love the course bro! I enjoy building the courses almost as much as I do running them.
Freaking awesomeness! You always inspire good to see you smiling. Happy 😆
You should put a water part in if you can I think that would be cool
Looking forward to this project, I remember when you built a micro crawler course years ago.
How about a big ramp that goes up from the ground and back down into the course
Excellent stuff!
Make a little bridge over an imaginary creek. That would be really cool
About enough room to run a dual line choice next to the rock bed similar to your outdoor course giving two options of difficulty level
So realistic been watching your channel for a while RC at its best
Amazing just amazing you all ways surprise me
I enjoyed the video and nice trucks and course. Peace and Love...
Looks fun.
I be right over to test it out....lol. nice work as always
That is awesome!
You can def tell the men from the boys by the price of their toys. That BobCat is already on my shopping cart.
You could maybe gain a little extra length, if you could figure out scalding and bridges.
Thank you Aaron
I LOVE IT. IT'S AWESOME
I think you need a driver for the skid steer the same as you have with most other vehicles.
I think a water fall would be awesome 👌
I agree... thats part of the reason I put the plastic down
Make like a bridge in the middle and make like a tunnel under it
Q: is it OK to leave lipo's on Crawlers plugged in but turned off..? Will it damage the battery if its left plugged in even if the esc is turned off?
Always unplug the battery, Sir
Maybe add a water feature 🤔 ( small rock falls and a stream)
Not gonna lie that 1:1 RC CAT had me hard af...
make an upper level on each end and make a bridge to connect them
You just gave me a good idea......thanks
Some form of mountain would be cool
Dude thats awesome #💯
that’s so cool
I would paint the inside with waterproof paint.
Ad a bridge that would be cool and a teetering bridge.
At the time I posted this there are 7 thumbs down, WHY? What's not to like? If you're not into RC stuff then dont watch. I thought it was an awesome idea.
Just the wives of the big kids getting there say in. I recommend removal of carpet before setting up in the living room.
Dude that’s fricken awesome, I’ve got a plan?
Its to Early to see snow. Lol. weather man on youtube says Missouri is suppose to see alot of snow this winter. Will see
I have the grey k10 I built a spray foam mountain to run it on great trucks
Epic!😂
Need some 1/24 models for a car crush
Love the size of this super mini course can't wait to see what you create started to build something in my basement for the winter time as well hope to run 1/10 on it mostly if you get a chance to view our out door course see what we have created in the woods on you tube lower mainland rc 《titled a hole few of the course at eagle》 would love to have you and your guys out for a rc play day bring the wife and kid see what you guys think
Nise build I'm am starting to get a rc
Hello I've been playing with these axials for about 5 to 6 months... Have you had issues with the 88t motor? I have replaced 3 already. Full indoor with NO water.., also I dig watching you guys and have been a nitro guy my hole life..., I really really would like to talk to you about hydraulic rc stuff... I really want to get into them. Thanks
It looks like this guy eats sleeps and breaths RC.
Add a log bridge
4 minutes in....OMG!!!! What the? #rcsparks I vote to move RUclipsGold to the city with Trailer Trash!! Build another table/island, connect it with a leaf spring bridge!
I want to do this so bad. Do you think my landlord would be ok with me putting a minipool in my living room? :'D
I know you are probably joking but I don’t see why you couldn’t get one of those plastic pools and fill it with potting soil or dirt and go to town!
tractor pull down the center! lol
Would’ve been so much faster to hop in and scoop dirt. Still cool though
As the owner and operator.. I disagree. Thanks for stopping by!
Put a see saw thing
Make a big “bounty hole” for them
Waterway if possible or hill climb
I live in southern Ontario no snow here... Hahahahha
Cool man how you been
so what did you guys do with your stimulus checks?
Mud pool would be cool
Already in the works sir!
Hey I need some in put rc4wd makes 1.0” tires and rims for these trucks what tire tread would be the best to get
I've always used the 1" super swamped boggess very good tire
johngookinsable ok thank you
I bet you even made a radio controled finger for the computer keyboard too huh?
Hi honey, can I buy a full scale remote skid steer so I can build a 1/24 scale crawler dirt pile/track too! 😁
A teeter tooter like you have on the big course.
Oh geez …haha.
Making a rc course with rc vehicles 😅
