Absolutely breathtaking as always, the discipline it takes to fly safely in such unforgiving environments, serving beautiful people in the most beautiful of wild places is commendable.
Great job again airplane flyer , great looking people there too. Looks like my kind of living there, I was born in the poor days 1957. Lived like Thay do did not have much of anything wash out of a wash pan poor poor. So great job your doing for them people, and thanks for showing and telling about all. Have a great one see ya bye.
Wow, that tree in front of the L wheel @ 14:04 might need to come down. When you reverse the aircraft, do you have markers on the bank to show when you the pilot are level with it?
That tree helps me align my nose for departure 😂 I'd be really sad to see it cut off haha. For the reverse, I don't have any markers but I take visual references and I also look for obstacles in the parking area while I'm turning her around. Thanks for interacting! Cheers!
I'm really enjoying your videos, really well done. My dad was a pilot and I love all the different camera angles, you'll have many subscribers soon keep it up!
Om Andre luar biasa saya senang dengan pelayanan Om Andre. saya sudah pernah terbang dengan Om Andre dari Olsibil ke Awinbon luar biasa Om Andre TUHAN Berkati dalam pelayanan masyarakat papua.
Some great skill here, making the difficult look easy like cutting butter.... please keep it up posting videos like this, though its sad to know that the PC6 is no longer in production, it truly is an amazing aircraft with some impressive capabilities for its size.
Awesome Video Bro, if it would not be for a brave pilot who has a 100% thrust on him self and the machine we would not see this part of the World with their unique villagers. Angels with metal wings.
Thanks very much, absolutely great to watch with the different camera views 😄😄 and with the Pilatus Porter, landing and taking off on the world's most difficult places, just amazing how you manage, your skills deserve the highest respect ! I have a few Porters, but only models, of course as I live in Switzerland where they were produced and they are just so special. I wish you many happy landings 😎🤗
Really enjoying your videos. I would like to know you more maybe for the people becoming pilot like you, you can share your story. What kind of education, training you got and also how you decided to work in this very unique way of being pilot. Thank you so much. Hope you can keep up with the videos they are basically inspiring me.
Interesting... scary too.... that bush at the end of the runway on your last take off was mighty close to your tail, or it seemed to be, to say nothing of the chickens on your first take off... all in a days work I guess, but it must get mighty stressful given the conditions and less than ideal runways. Kudos mate... 👍😄
You are right. That bush did get close. In that particular TO I had a strange tailwind on departure. Usually I get airborne earlier and clear the bush no problems. That bush helps me align my nose on departure, hence I never ask to cut it down 😂 there are indeed lots of stressors in a days work. I usually have to sleep after a full morning flying. Thanks for your message and great observation skills. Cheers mate!
It would be amazing to see a detailed video on the cold and dark start procedure you do and also how to shut the plane down properly. 😊 Amazing flying! :)
Interesting that you fly so well with left-hand-stick. How often I tried, I never got close tot he level of control and accuracy as with right-hand but I'm probably 'very right-handed' 🙃. very beautiful landscape and flying!
AMA (Romeo Charli India?) Runway is not good but Pilatus Porter landing very good. Tahun-tahun yang lampau aku biaaa terbang by AMA ke Moanemani, Bomomani, Timepa, Wamena, Ewer, Modio, Mulia, Enarotali, Epouto, Waghete, Bilogai, Modio etc. Pengalaman manis bersama AMA. By cessna, Pilatus n Caravan. AMA is the best.
can you explain more about the torque effect prpduced by reverse and how that effects the ability to control the aircraft directionally? I couldn't find much about it online.
Great question. Not really, the way the air intake is designed makes it very difficult for FOD to travel all the way up to the engine. On some models you see a cover in front of the intake but that's more for snow in glacier ops. Cheers!
This is what I would love to do to Flying Bibles and food to areas where no vehicles can go and this is amazing about being on mission for The God that Created this world to show the love of Jesus Christ
I have a question for you bro, this is kind of bothering my head. Can mud that sticks to the plane's fuselage be the same as icing that sticks to a narrow-widebody plane, disrupting the air flow and causing turbulence? Terima kasihh
The question is, you earn enough money to maintain that aircraft, carrying sacks to one village to another? they must be very expensive to maintain. I don't know that bussines so thats why i make that question.
Great question! The flights are chartered by ppl that generally have government subsidies. You are right, it is extremely expensive to keep and fly a plane like this. Cheers!
Setau sy menerbangkan drone di seputaran bandara itu dilarang keras, kira2 video ini ada cutscene yg menggunakan dronekah? Supaya tidak menganggap bandara itu milik moyangnya jadi bisa semaunya sendiri

You're very kind. Thanks so much for watching. I'm glad you enjoyed the video 🙏
Very nice vídeo!
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much!
Wet and slippery runways, but you make it seem easy. Another great video :) take care.
Many thanks! Super glad you liked watching my new video🙏
Both strips in Dogiyai Regency. Another fine video. Cheers!
Muito obrigado Carlos. Um abraço!
Brilliant meaty stuff, great pictures, great story...
Good job

I think this is one of your best videos yet. I'm sharing it with my Wyoming pilot friends.
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for sharing! Cheers!
What a wonderful world ❤
I'm looking forward to the new video. Thank you. More content from the quadrocopter began to appear.
More to come! Thanks for watching!
Excellent video. Nice split screen showing feet working. Would be great to add a few screen shots of a map like Garmin pilot/ inreach or similar.
That's a great idea.. Possibly on my next video. Thanks so much for you comment and I'm super glad you enjoyed watching. Cheers!
Great Professional Bush pilot and the best part is have a powerful single engine turbo prop that can get In and Out of areas like this
outstanding

Hello! It’s beautiful and an amazing journey 🤩 Thank you for the wonderful sharing. Have a lovely day 😊
Video tuyệt vời của bạn 👍🔔🔔
Thanks so much!
Bravo pilot 🙋
it's incredible how mountainous it is there . i thought that region of the world was flat jungle . really beautiful .
really enjoyed this one--adding power on wet roll out is counterintuitive for sure--thanks for all you do. Fly Safe!
Glad you enjoyed it! Yes, it's counterintuitive and it takes practice and a few scares to learn the technique 😂 cheers!
asli keren
Another amazing video, really well done, thanks for showing us your skills, how amazing is The Porter and a wonderful land.
Many thanks! Glad you enjoyed it 🙏
That PC-12 makes it look easy
This guy has balls of steel! Very impressive; well done!
Wow, that last strip, looks like you used every inch to get off.
Awesome footage
Well noticed, I had a strange tailwind on that departure, made my TO roll long... Thanks for watching David!
Another nice vid, you have a great job flying in a wonderful country.
I'm really enjoying your videos, really well done. My dad was a pilot and I love all the different camera angles, you'll have many subscribers soon keep it up!
I'm very glad to hear you like my videos. I hope you're right 😁🙏
Hello mr
Don't you have something more interesting to do other than watching Porter videos? 😂
Such fantastic videos, thank you very much!
Thanks for watching 🙏😁

looking forward to them, keep it up

What is the viable alternative to the PC6 to give you the same capability?
Wowww súper espectacular, magnífico piloto 😃😃😃😃👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks so much 🙏😊
Very interesting! Очень интересно! Спасибо пилоту и кинооператору!
Thank you!
I call it JeepFly, no road, no problem 🤣, keep fighting broo
Very nice video…it’s amazing to same different people and places
To pilot it is very special job
I have a question what kind of airplane is that?…Tnx…
@14:04 ... that looked uncomfy. Like "I've seen that tree a little late"-uncomfy :D
I had that tree cut down a while back hahaha 😝
That last landing into tarmac. Buuuuttaahhhh. 🤌
Oh yeah! 😂👌😜

can you explain more about the torque effect prpduced by reverse and how that effects the ability to control the aircraft directionally? I couldn't find much about it online.
I think what he said was that he can’t use aggressive reverse pitch because this limits airflow around the tail and reduces rudder control.
Cool
Loved the video! One question: How did you get your Pilatus cap to change colors from white to blue when flying over Apowo? 😊
Good question! Haha I have 2 caps and the video was recorder over a few different flights. Glad you liked my video! Cheers
i thought you were a susi air's pilot before
Any chance of F.O.D. getting sucked into the engine on those splashes in reverse?
Great question. Not really, the way the air intake is designed makes it very difficult for FOD to travel all the way up to the engine. On some models you see a cover in front of the intake but that's more for snow in glacier ops. Cheers!

The heat and humidity at this landing site must be intense. The pilot arrived wearing trousers, which shrank to shorts in a matter of seconds!
