- TV DX ANALOGUE TV SRTV 1 Jordan on 59 Mhz. Caught at 16:40 and if you see clearly the time of the station was 17:40 an hour extra. Although its difficult to see in the video but when I caught it the time was appearing on the bottom left hand side of the screen.
Channel kept jumping from 2:00pm
According to Mathias it's a station from Jordan SRTV 1 caught on 59 Mhz

I have memories of something similar, from around 25 years ago but which I can remember as if it were yesterday... usual hot summer afternoon, it was at the time when TVM used to stop transmitting the testcard in the afternoon. A testcard came in (usual Philips type) saying JTV at the top and Ras Munir at the bottom... then the Ras Munir was replaced to read Amman. The clock on the test card was also an hour ahead of Malta. It was a transmission from Jordan, clearly. When TVM suddenly switched its test card on around 4pm, that was it. JTV was never to be seen again.

@@ParamDxer from what I heard, there's a some countries on middle east that stay on analogue, like Egypt,turkey, Lebanon and syria which many of these channels can be received in Cyprus during summertime. Do you have a plan to go to cyprus? Maybe you can bring the casio portable TV to see what left there.
@@ParamDxeri think you can try to get Al Aqsa Tv (Hamas/Gaza) or Palestine TV (West Bank) in cyprus?i hears that in Cyprus you can listen to radio stations from 6 countries such as Israel, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Turkey
