does this have like a grainy finish like some cheaper aluminum boards like the xinmeng m71/ womier sk71, ? or does this have a smooth paint finish like premium boards ?

It has a very light grainy finish. It doesn't have the very smooth finish of some more expensive keybaords

As @TheRealFenwick said, no it does not support VIA/QMK but they do have their own software that you can use.
