My mother always keep frightening me om everything. Allah is not cruel as my mother say I believe. I've been verbally abused from my childhood till now every moment. I am always traumatised and I feelt uncomfortable and uneasy whenever she is near me or at home. I love them but I don’t want to suffer anymore. I pray but it’s not getting better at all.
Some people have both parents that destroy you 😢

Since 32 years my husband is being abused and beaten by his parents. Cause he suffered with Wilson disease and his parents don't like him at all there behavior tells there other sons are perfect and they have money and they like them even my husband brother don't support him. Now me and my husband live in there house like a slave and I am pregnant too we are searching for rent apartment where we can start our life and my husband don't want to see his family and keep his child from this abusive environment please pray for us we can get our own place to live.

that’s very very rare for a spoiled child that is ungrateful & punishes the parent for not getting their way.
More prevalent is half hearted believing parents who are utter psychopaths who still claim rights over the children “according to Islam”.

My parents used to be abusive, they beat us up but now they're getting older they trying to bonding with us but they mad at us for not being ungrateful enough or love them back.

My mother is abusive toxic narcissistic greedy even after my marriage she be traumatising me making me remember the mistakes i did as a teenager and even now i am pregnant she is not considerate to me

i cant keep a safe distance like i’ve tried but my mother keep running after me keeps hugging me and saying “you need to grow up and mature you got to deal with this, what if your inlaws are worse”

Can we stay away from emotionally abusive and unkind mother for the sake of mental peace? Are we really allowed to stay away from?
I did the terrible with my father but in middle of this video I went in his room and grabbed his foots and ask for forgiveness and I said I will never open my mouth again in front of him I know humiliation suffering me my whole family have gone throw today I just stop my father to not beat my mom and challenge him and used worst slang I have guilt but from now my life is not going to be same but I will not do the same to my childrens in future I'm I'm 22 I have working since 18 this year I stopped working and i was 400000 in Pakistani rupees which is huge and I have kept saying Im ❤looking for suitable job opportunity but this started a kind of war in my house other than that my uncles and family are worse of worse ppls we hv around I do say don't cross your limit and don't forget they are your parents don't use a slang that will haunt you for years and guilt just ask for forgiveness or forgive and move and do the best for them and just tap you mouth this is best thing you can do from my experience I will update how things are going
They do not realize that they're doing wrong. They've got serious problem with their cognitive distortions. Needs cognitive behavioral therapy.
Some parents, if they really want to change themselves, they have to realize that they have cognitive distortions if they think they’re not wrong. They have to have cognitive behavioral therapy and have to think deeply about their past and how they’ve been treating people and how was their relationship with their parents, their children, and they have to write each and every event of their life, how they behaved, how they felt, what hurted them, how they reduced their stress and so on. Toxic parents have to question their each and every way of thinking and values and have to do reassessment of it trying not to be biased. That’s the only way they can realize that they were actually wrong and that’s why their children hate them. If someone really wanna change them, they should go to counseling to professional psychiatrist and fix their problem.
I need more people talking about what can those parents do, who are told that they’re toxic and abusive by their children and they wanna change themselves.
