WOW...beautiful home with high end upgrades....property taxes will triple to approx. 10K if not more and then insurance will be based on new purchase price so expect a sharp increase there as well. Appears the current owners have done all the upgrades since the house sold in 2021 for 176K.

They must love waterfall dark busy granite and stone walls yikes! Totally obnoxious way to much. The floors are shiny and slippery looking. Not a granite lover at all quartz much better. Too much gray upon gray. Just wow peeps! Pool best part!

For 699 I would imagine it didn’t last long on the market. In South Jersey you can get a 15’ wide row house for the same price LOL
