Before I tell you my story on my weight loss. I will try to the short story of this. I'm 65, I had congested heart failure how about 8 years ago, I was probably in the 300 lb range. I was trying to get back to work, my boss had congested heart failure and passed away. Which I believe made me shut down. But eventually started working on walking more. Then one day my right leg was like it went to sleep. I had what you call foot drop (I cannot lift my foot up). Then a big knot came up on the inside of my thigh, about the size of a cantaloupe. Then I had flesh eating virus, it was in the muscle that would lift your foot up. This really shut me down big time. I ballooned up to 526. And this is what I started doing to lose weight, first off I do not tell anybody I'm on a diet. Secondly I am not on a diet plan. I eat what I want, just list of it! I do not get on the scale every day, I maybe weekly or even monthly. And I do not get upset if it's only 1 lb, I have been able to lose weight through my life, but I would gain it back plus! So my main target is not to gain. Like I said I started at 526, today I'm 300 lb. I lost 163 of that on my own, but now I'm taking a shot. The shot does work, and I know people that takes a pill to lose weight too! I do feel more pride in what I've lost by myself, butt at 65. I figured I could use the help! The part about not telling anybody you're on a diet. People can be crude as hell. Nobody's going to stick to a diet 100%! They just cutting back on what you eat, you will start one less and less! But let me tell you there will be days that you will fall off the wagon! Just get back on that damn thing, ride through the good days in the bad days! I still got a long ways to go myself! I don’t know exactly how long it’s been, but it has to be somewhere around a decade I’ve been watching. (20 y/o now). I remember when I was in 6th grade, I bought one of the signed tie dye hoodies, and wore it to school. I was picked on and harassed all day long for supporting my favorite youtuber. I wore that hoodie all day and didn’t stop smiling 😊 I didn’t care what anyone said. You have always been an inspiration to me. It’s crazy how fast time flies by. My failure: I started a clothing company and was selling pretty cheap clothing. I’m a big guy so I wanted to make clothes that had plus sizes available constantly because people who are plus size deserve access to clothes that are always available as well. My mistake was not taking shipping into the price. At first everything was fine because shipping was free for the longest due to so many hoodies being ordered. But when orders slowed down that’s when I started getting pushed over by the shipping and I ended up paying for the shipping with the profit I made previously. That kind of brought everything to a stop. I want to restart it though I’m just waiting till I have money to restart it back up and to learn from my mistakes.

Hey Roman - would recommend a Smile More declining inventory setup. Would need to figure out how much of what item you have, build out the site that tracks how many you have left, and market based nostalgic items that won't come back again. I personally would be interested in buying some of the older items you showed, that aren't as easy to find anymore. Especially if it was at a discount.

The thermals literally get me through winter xD I have two and they are the bestttt. Hats, sweatshirts, shirts, still rockin all of it for yearssss. Love you Roman! Since this video is about business, I want to provide some feedback. As a long time fan and also customer of Smile More, I do need to say (maybe I'm an outlier here...) ever since the move to Bunker was made, quality dropped. Shirts just don't last as long and one thing that bugged me a while back was there were two different shirt material types for a shirt. I think it was the 'Lost' tee. 100% cotton or some mix. So either your shirt shrinks a lot, or not as much. Definitely dictates the size someone might buy... I had to gamble and unfortunately got a 100% cotton so it shrunk and I donated it. Much love but I do hope there's an improvement in quality soon!
donations to a place like st jude, local shelters, schools, etc etc. would be a good way to move the inventory and give back. Like you said yourself, the merchandise was paid for years ago. Sure maybe do some local pop ups or mystery bundle sales to make a little profit as well, but definitely consider donating to less fortunate families (not like you guys havent in the past). The current economy is hard for alot of people, plus something like that could get you tapped into the newer generations audience. Tons of opportunities and ideas. A lot of the school stuff and youth clothes could be donated to a low income school or a back to school event. 1. It would be helping out the kids that go back to school without school supplies and new clothes. 2. It could introduce some of those kids to your videos for the first time. You could have a positive impact on their lives with your messages, especially since many of those kids don't have positive adults in their life to look up to. It could literally change the trajectory of their lives.

Backpack buys. Load the backpack down with random merch. Make them size optional. Sell 4 to 8 items in the the backpack depending on price. For every purchase in each month you get entered for a gaming chair. If you don't want to buy the clothes pack then set up an item bundle with the water bottles and school folders and all the knickknack things. Done this before with alot of over stock things and with your following you could move that inventory in a few months once its sorted out. Best of luck and keep up the good work!
definitely recycle the phone cases if anything.. or you could cut them up and make new things with them to sell at events! my first thought was to use pieces of the cases and string them together to make a kind of wind chime thing!
Do a pop up shop/yard sale at the car wash for a day. Take to events and sell alongside Bunker branding. Do some giveaways here on your channel for the gaming chairs if you want to just give them away. You can give away or sell the old phone cases as targets for target practice. :) Or maybe there would be a way to upcycle them in some way. Keep dedicated and make sure you’re still enjoying your day to day life. 70% of it is eating right the other 30% is working out. What really helped me was the 21 day fix. Before I tell you my story on my weight loss. I will try to the short story of this. I'm 65, I had congested heart failure how about 8 years ago, I was probably in the 300 lb range. I was trying to get back to work, my boss had congested heart failure and passed away. Which I believe made me shut down. But eventually started working on walking more. Then one day my right leg was like it went to sleep. I had what you call foot drop (I cannot lift my foot up). Then a big knot came up on the inside of my thigh, about the size of a cantaloupe. Then I had flesh eating virus, it was in the muscle that would lift your foot up. This really shut me down big time. I ballooned up to 526. And this is what I started doing to lose weight, first off I do not tell anybody I'm on a diet. Secondly I am not on a diet plan. I eat what I want, just list of it! I do not get on the scale every day, I maybe weekly or even monthly. And I do not get upset if it's only 1 lb, I have been able to lose weight through my life, but I would gain it back plus! So my main target is not to gain. Like I said I started at 526, today I'm 300 lb. I lost 163 of that on my own, but now I'm taking a shot. The shot does work, and I know people that takes a pill to lose weight too! I do feel more pride in what I've lost by myself, butt at 65. I figured I could use the help! The part about not telling anybody you're on a diet. People can be crude as hell. Nobody's going to stick to a diet 100%! They just cutting back on what you eat, you will start one less and less! But let me tell you there will be days that you will fall off the wagon! Just get back on that damn thing, ride through the good days in the bad days! I still got a long ways to go myself! Now go make your story make it happen! Good luck!

1. Donate a bunch of inventory to a bunch of places. 2. Ship a lot to Bunker, put them on the website for dirt cheap. 3. Pop up shops. 4. Events. 5. Franchise Bunker stores. 6. Mystery boxes. 7. Create a store at your Car Wash.

I still remember many years ago when buying some fidget spinners, and my wife reached out to buy some in bulk for her to give to the kids she was doing in school therapy to help them work through the hard times. You just donated them and it made so many kids happy and a big smile on their face when they got it. Thank you again for that!
You should donate the school stuff to the public boards near you!! It would greatly help teachers and students who are severely underfunded

My son and his girlfriend both have autism and she has lupus. They are giant fans forever since the beginning. They are on a fixed income in the early 20's so its very sad. They would cry if they had a couple chairs. We feed the homeless so all we do is give. Maybe you can see what we do. God Bless your family!

I don’t know exactly how long it’s been, but it has to be somewhere around a decade I’ve been watching. (20 y/o now). I remember when I was in 6th grade, I bought one of the signed tie dye hoodies, and wore it to school. I was picked on and harassed all day long for supporting my favorite youtuber. I wore that hoodie all day and didn’t stop smiling 😊 I didn’t care what anyone said. You have always been an inspiration to me. It’s crazy how fast time flies by. Been watching since before your mom passed and remember feeling terrible for your family but showing that headstone yesterday made me cry.. my mom has cancer as of last fall, she may not be here next year for HER day and can’t even fathom that but it’s reality.. “everyone is gonna have a really bad day” that’s gonna stick with me a very long time but well dude. My failure: I started a clothing company and was selling pretty cheap clothing. I’m a big guy so I wanted to make clothes that had plus sizes available constantly because people who are plus size deserve access to clothes that are always available as well. My mistake was not taking shipping into the price. At first everything was fine because shipping was free for the longest due to so many hoodies being ordered. But when orders slowed down that’s when I started getting pushed over by the shipping and I ended up paying for the shipping with the profit I made previously. That kind of brought everything to a stop. I want to restart it though I’m just waiting till I have money to restart it back up and to learn from my mistakes.
I wish you all the best in restarting your company! I love that your purpose is to help others! One of my future goals is to own a clothing business to inspire others.

Hey Roman - would recommend a Smile More declining inventory setup. Would need to figure out how much of what item you have, build out the site that tracks how many you have left, and market based nostalgic items that won't come back again. I personally would be interested in buying some of the older items you showed, that aren't as easy to find anymore. Especially if it was at a discount.

Love you Roman! Since this video is about business, I want to provide some feedback. As a long time fan and also customer of Smile More, I do need to say (maybe I'm an outlier here...) ever since the move to Bunker was made, quality dropped. Shirts just don't last as long and one thing that bugged me a while back was there were two different shirt material types for a shirt. I think it was the 'Lost' tee. 100% cotton or some mix. So either your shirt shrinks a lot, or not as much. Definitely dictates the size someone might buy... I had to gamble and unfortunately got a 100% cotton so it shrunk and I donated it. Much love but I do hope there's an improvement in quality soon!

donations to a place like st jude, local shelters, schools, etc etc. would be a good way to move the inventory and give back. Like you said yourself, the merchandise was paid for years ago. Sure maybe do some local pop ups or mystery bundle sales to make a little profit as well, but definitely consider donating to less fortunate families (not like you guys havent in the past). The current economy is hard for alot of people, plus something like that could get you tapped into the newer generations audience. Tons of opportunities and ideas. Donating, Selling, Mystery, Pop up's. etc etc. Good luck and cant wait to see what you do!

A lot of the school stuff and youth clothes could be donated to a low income school or a back to school event. 1. It would be helping out the kids that go back to school without school supplies and new clothes. 2. It could introduce some of those kids to your videos for the first time. You could have a positive impact on their lives with your messages, especially since many of those kids don't have positive adults in their life to look up to. It could literally change the trajectory of their lives.

You could donate some of the stuff to local schools for fundraisers or sporting events. Like the folders and the pens, most schools have school stores where kids earn points to be able to redeem for stuff. The baby onesies you could donate to local hospitals for the NICU.

Backpack buys. Load the backpack down with random merch. Make them size optional. Sell 4 to 8 items in the the backpack depending on price. For every purchase in each month you get entered for a gaming chair. If you don't want to buy the clothes pack then set up an item bundle with the water bottles and school folders and all the knickknack things. Done this before with alot of over stock things and with your following you could move that inventory in a few months once its sorted out. Best of luck and keep up the good work!
definitely recycle the phone cases if anything.. or you could cut them up and make new things with them to sell at events! my first thought was to use pieces of the cases and string them together to make a kind of wind chime thing!
Do a pop up shop/yard sale at the car wash for a day. Take to events and sell alongside Bunker branding. Do some giveaways here on your channel for the gaming chairs if you want to just give them away. You can give away or sell the old phone cases as targets for target practice. :) Or maybe there would be a way to upcycle them in some way. But yes, just get the product out to the people and they will help you take care of the pallets of extras. I'm sure of it.
