The best laundromat in my town has a TV that plays movies from the Disney channel, fancy massage chairs to sit in while you wait for the machines to get done, and has a dry cleaner business inside. So you can get ALL your laundry done in 1 place. The machines are controlled with an app and it tells you how many minutes it has left on your machines and you can put money on your "account" via debit or credit card. The machines are MASSIVE! My 6'4" 285lb husband could fit in the dryers! Each machine only takes like 30 minutes! It's clean, bright, and the people who work there are so helpful and kind!

The thing I liked most about some of the laundry mats I've been to is the availability to use my debit card with either the chip or tap feature. having that has been so helpful. you don't have to use quarters, don't have to bring in dollars to exchange for quarters. its just so convenient to have a card reader for the machines. definitely look into it.

I just got ACL reconstructive surgery on Tuesday and these videos are the only things keeping me going. They remind me of the old vlogs which I would watch every single day. That parking lot would be a great spot to rent to food trucks! Maybe on days it’s closed, rent the parking lot to food trucks. Or even during operating hours. One or two trucks wouldn’t take up that much space.

I'm happy that you are letting people know different avenues for making money. That said, make sure all your machines are working properly. The one and only time I used a tanning bed, the machine malfunctioned, and I got a really bad sunburn. So I'm letting you know so that you can keep an eye on those machines too. It's really cool that you are showing Cain and Cora have a way of making money, too, with those snack machines.

The church I attend does a thing at laundry mats. People from the church come to the laundry mat and bring rolls of quarters with them. When someone comes into the laundry mat, and they look like they are having a bad day, or you can tell they are having financial problems, the volunteers from the church come up to them and offer to pay for their wash and dryers. It gives the people from the church the opportunity to talk with the people they help and possibly give them a mental boost and often get them feeling better and if the opportunity comes up invite them to church. The idea has really helped a lot of people to help them get their lives turned around.
Also, I’ve always wanted to buy a laundromat, because it’s a service that sells itself, but can also sell other things to your customers without having to need salespeople. It’s such a great business model, wishing you guys a great success!

My family owned a laundry matt since 1998 we just recently sold it my advice is to keep the old machines as long as you can they are some of the best machines if you can find old machines for sell buy them.
You should do a section with old machines and a section with new machines with the card readers. Using the cards is so much more convenient and would generate more customers I believe for it’s conveniency

Huge parking lot, busy street. Get permits for food trucks, and then the outside will make money, too. Just make sure you have enough space for your regulars, and maybe a row of 15min parking spots for the food truck patrons
With technology, you could book the truck and have everyone pre-order for spots the day before, all online. The truck wins, because they know what's coming at them, fast dependable service, and one spot is a minimum of 4 orders per car, or x amount of dollars spent. Food is delivered, they have a predetermined amount of time to eat, and then next wave.

As a retired contractor I recommend putting a pitched roof on all buildings because I can build a pitched roof that I can warranty for 50 yrs from leaks the best I will do a flat roof is 10yrs.
We have a cool laundry mat in our town, they have a restaurant you can sit and eat while you wash, they have lights on the wall where you eat, they go off when your washer is done so you know when to go switch your clothes to a dryer.
Roman you should get one of those coin machines where you dump in a bunch of coins and it gives you cash (like the ones in grocery stores)! People are already bringing a bunch of coins with them, plus if someone gets way too many quarters and wants to turn it back into cash they can do that. Then the machine charges a fee or percent for each transaction.
asking people who come in for a second of their time and doing a short form interview like that and then clip the good moments or funny moments would be SO GOOD. It's gotta be raw and direct tho

When britney was 12 there was no indication shed later marry roman who years after their marriage became a multi millionaire and would come back to retire her and her husband by buying their business. The story is be kind to all. You never know it could take 30 years like this. One day you will reap the rewards of your goodness.
I'm happy that you are letting people know different avenues for making money. That said, make sure all your machines are working properly. The one and only time I used a tanning bed, the machine malfunctioned, and I got a really bad sunburn. So I'm letting you know so that you can keep an eye on those machines too. It's really cool that you are showing Cain and Cora have a way of making money, too, with those snack machines.

The church I attend does a thing at laundry mats. People from the church come to the laundry mat and bring rolls of quarters with them. When someone comes into the laundry mat, and they look like they are having a bad day, or you can tell they are having financial problems, the volunteers from the church come up to them and offer to pay for their wash and dryers. It gives the people from the church the opportunity to talk with the people they help and possibly give them a mental boost and often get them feeling better and if the opportunity comes up invite them to church. The idea has really helped a lot of people to help them get their lives turned around.

Also, I’ve always wanted to buy a laundromat, because it’s a service that sells itself, but can also sell other things to your customers without having to need salespeople. It’s such a great business model, wishing you guys a great success!

My family owned a laundry matt since 1998 we just recently sold it my advice is to keep the old machines as long as you can they are some of the best machines if you can find old machines for sell buy them.

You should do a section with old machines and a section with new machines with the card readers. Using the cards is so much more convenient and would generate more customers I believe for it’s conveniency

Huge parking lot, busy street. Get permits for food trucks, and then the outside will make money, too. Just make sure you have enough space for your regulars, and maybe a row of 15min parking spots for the food truck patrons
With technology, you could book the truck and have everyone pre-order for spots the day before, all online. The truck wins, because they know what's coming at them, fast dependable service, and one spot is a minimum of 4 orders per car, or x amount of dollars spent. Food is delivered, they have a predetermined amount of time to eat, and then next wave.

As someone grinding out the business owner life right now I have no where near the capital to play like you are, but it's so cool. Laundry mat and car wash are on my list. Currently have a ceramic coating and PPF company, and now an automotive repair shop. This is all such relatable content for me!

As a retired contractor I recommend putting a pitched roof on all buildings because I can build a pitched roof that I can warranty for 50 yrs from leaks the best I will do a flat roof is 10yrs.

We have a cool laundry mat in our town, they have a restaurant you can sit and eat while you wash, they have lights on the wall where you eat, they go off when your washer is done so you know when to go switch your clothes to a dryer.
Roman you should get one of those coin machines where you dump in a bunch of coins and it gives you cash (like the ones in grocery stores)! People are already bringing a bunch of coins with them, plus if someone gets way too many quarters and wants to turn it back into cash they can do that. Then the machine charges a fee or percent for each transaction.
asking people who come in for a second of their time and doing a short form interview like that and then clip the good moments or funny moments would be SO GOOD. It's gotta be raw and direct tho
