    The Seagate FireCuda is a newer PS5 SSD that's quickly becoming the go-to choice for PS5 gamers. It offers faster read and write speeds, as well as better reliability and durability. Although the WD_Black is older, it's still a powerful SSD that can handle plenty of gaming and multimedia tasks.

    Firecuda is the best SSD for long gameplay of RPG's the righth Speed to keep up with the Drawing distance on the tv. I think it hit the sweet spot for PS5. Help keeps the SSD kool to

    Why does it matter that much when transferring back and forth? Im concerned about freformance.
    You have to remember how many times are you going to transfer data.
    Another video that i just watched stated that the WD black was better in overall game preformance.

  • @azcarter4389
    @azcarter4389 5 месяцев назад +2

    I disagree with the conclusion.
    Both of these SSDs are fine.
    You wouldn't know the difference if you hadn't bought them both and tested them side by side. And even when you did the Firecuda is only marginally quicker.
    It's nice to know which one is though so thanks for that. But if someone finds a WD Black at a substantial discount they should buy that in my opinion.

      From what I heard the SN850P had a strange issue where either read or write speed wasn’t quite as good as the SN850X which is odd because they are essentially the same drive other than the PlayStation branding on the ‘P’

      @Cenkolino Год назад

      Thats a very good price. I doubt you will ever get them as cheap as now again. Especially with the heatsink. The problem is warranty. The M.2 SSDs without heatsink have way shorter warranty than the ones with the pre-installed official heatsinks. Thats why they cost more than the ones without a heatsink.
