Very few people can still sing GOOD when they're in their 70's - Barbra is the all time best singer the world has ever known. Perfection is her middle name.
I wholeheartedly agree! And she is brave and push’s the envelope always, no and forever.
Streisand has posted a #1 selling album in the 1960s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s.... six different decades. Imagine.

Especially amazing considering she wasn't a so called rock singer. No female vocalist will ever achieve what she has. A once in a lifetime phenomenon. I just thank God I was lucky enough to go along for the ride.
Absolutely phenomenal that this woman, in her 70s, can still sing like this. No one else, woman or man, can compare. Her voice is eternal. ❣
Still gorgeous at 76 .... nobody sings a ballad like her ... she still is the first lady of the ballad song.
This song is exactly what the world needs RIGHT NOW. "Imagine" gives a vision for what can be. "What a Wonderful World" shows what exists RIGHT NOW if we really look and experience. Thank you for this incredible piece, Barbra. It is sheer perfection.

The greatest female voice our century, in my opinion. Of course there are other great singers and belters (Garland, Merman, Houston, et alia) ,but Barbra is just in a class by herself. Star of stars, legendary Superstar. Her breath control, enunciation and respect for each syllable of the ending of each word has always been there. Just brainstorming flawless vocal performances ie. Never has seen snow, Very glad to be unhappy, Hurry its love up here, How are things in Glocca Morra, After the rain, My grownup Christmas List...I could go on and on.

Wow! Is it just me or Barbra actually sounded better than last several years? I can hear the clarity and power in her high notes here which was sort of disappeared for quite awhile... Does she do vocal exercise now? No matter what, keep doing it! Absolutely love it!

The first time I heard the line, “No hell below us...” I thought the way she said “hell” was so perfect. He phrasing and emotion are perfect. She’s truly an ACTRESS who SINGS.

When I read that some though her voice as not a "good".... I went back and listened from Funny Girl to WALL.... and it has moresinance, more tone , more depth than ever....AMAZING that she can out do her previous power house recordings....BUT SHE DOES...

What can we say but be in awe. Difference between Barbra and other great singers is that with others you have to go into their past vault to appreciate why they are considered great BUT with Barbra can you listen to this and immediately identify with her as being one of (if not the greatest) female vocalist in non-operatic history. She does not rest on past achievements. He superior vocal technique and awe-inspiring voice is as evident now at 76 as it was at 20. Like fine wine it matured to become a heavenly instrument that turns classics like "Imagine"/"what a wonderful world" into instant classics. Bravo Barbra. You remain the standard barrier!!
