    10lbs (approximately 8) Chicken Quarters, skinned and trimmed
    1 20oz Bottle Complete Seasoning Marinade
    3lbs Red Potatoes, peeled and cut into medium cubes
    3 Stalks Celery, chopped
    4 Carrots, cut into thin 2 inch spears
    Kosher salt
    Coarse ground pepper
    1 Tablespoon Rosemary
