Pete Alonso is a fantastic ball player. Day in and day out, this guy produces. Look at that stretch at first base! Makes MLB fun to watch.
Mets can't expect Lindor and Nimmo to carry on the clutch batting everyday, some other guys need to wake up and carry some of the burden, not just go, swing and sit down.
Both Keller and Scott use what seems to be a new popular pitching motion. Skenes is also similar as are others.
Keller really should have been an All Star again. I think his early season struggles, leading to the bloated ERA, kept him out this year.

The Mets win games despite their manager. He has been directly responsible for up to 5 of the Mets losses including this one. You don't go to a rookie to get his first pitches in the big leagues in a tie game against the best hitters on the Pirates team in Reynolds and Cruz. Inexcusable. Forget the bullpen. Forget the offense. The manager is the biggest problem with the Mets.
