Can you make a video about changing the weak magnetic strip inside the motor to strong neodymium magnets
I tried by just guessing the quantity, distance apart, and polarity. I resoldered the coils for the "Y" format. It was a no go. I know the ESC worked too.
I ran a magnet on the original magnet to find the number of magnets and polarity, but that may be the problem in the first place. Reconfiguring the coils means the magnetics probably need to be reconfigured as well.
5:00 that how you don't do it. It's called cold solder. And what kind of printer works on 24v and needs to rev up to 23k rpm lol

Hey man. great project. When you took off the magnet section, there were drill holes for balancing on the outside. if you put them in the same place they were, the vibration will be gone/much less.

Usually, this motor stayed in the original circuit board is less powerful than d.c brushed motor. Did it become powerful one after using your circuit board? I think you need to change to muti-strong magnetic pieces instead keep on using the original ring magnet!

At 23000 rpm such type and size of a motor would disintegrate itself! the RPM measuring is not properly done. I see no proper contrast label on the rotor. I suppose the tachometer is seeing multiple reflections for each turn of the rotor due to the dirty spots that exist on its surface
What is that circuit you connected to the motor at 7:31 ? Is it a potentiometer circuit to control the voltage?

Soldering is sloppy and applying the soldering iron to the coil without heat insulation can potentially burn off insulating enamel on coil wire.

Hey...there are no DC brush less motors, they are ALL AC.
Yup, 3 phase AC. Just a bit of pwm to make DC look like AC and the motor runs all the same.

Why is he using flux? The solder he is using has adequate glux contained within it?
Still needs to clean copper wires before applying the solder. Flux can not make magic with oxidized/dirty copper.

Thanks for sharing; But at 2.42 you shouldn't dip the gun tip into acid like that, doing so would shortern your tip life. Best way is to scrape it by a razor blade first.

Solder is not applied like paint. Where did you learn? Try heating surfaces then apply solder to heated surface while continuing to heat with iron. That way you don’t look ridiculous.

Hopefully you can find a BLDC to make a drill that has more than 2 Modes: Mode-1. Attempt to twist arm off while launching work into low Earth orbit and Mode- 2. Paper weight.

It does not seem like 23000 rpm at all. Check your rpm meter! These are fairly slow motors by design...

hey want to get one billion views use the motor to turn the washing machine generator to 120 volts. that is all you have to do. then turn up to 240 showing to volt meters at once on volts one amps this will attract many people but will take two years. another show is use a wind turbine one and a bldc motor 20ah 48 v battery to turn then switch to wall socket for turning the ebike motor at like 2800 rpms.
Effort is plausible but please think about viewer time and data value. please edit and shrink unwanted lengthy time and data consume portion.
