I always liked how spectre knight after a mission is sadly looking at his watch, hoping that this last one was enough for him to turn back, but after seeing that it didn’t, he just pulls out his scythe as if to say “welp, back to work I guess”
I LOVE this overworld. It's got characters with dialogue that's quite enjoyable to read, it's fun to run and jump around in, and the music is lovely! It feels like a piece of genuine classical music, despite being 8-bit in style. The characters in the hub are also really entertaining, be it the weirdly peaceful characters who're just enemies that you'd be beating up in regular gameplay or more unique characters like Red, that one Goldarmor who keeps wanting to switch the place where he works, or the 'Edge Trimmer, there's always a face that I'm glad to see. And this music makes it all the more lovely.
Did anyone else get successfully kissed to death? Or find out a goldarmor's true identity? Or play with that adorable Memmec? Or impress the edge farmer? EDIT: After playing through the Shovel Knight campaign again, I found out that the dragonarmor (that's what I'm calling that one goldarmor) matches one of the backers in the Hall of Champions, specifically the one in the left room on the first floor in the middle row all the way on the right. So that's cool.
This demonstrates one the things that I really like about the hub for Specter of Torment: all of the little interactions. It adds so much character to the Tower of Fate and the Enchantress' minions. They're more than just tools that she uses to carry out her bidding; they're people with personalities. I also like how Yacht Club didn't make most of them blatantly "edgy." That made them more interesting to me.
The entire soundtrack is an original composition by Jake Kaufman. There are only 2 tracks with themes written by someone else, and that's Plague and Treasure Knight's stages, who were originally written by Manami Matsumae.
Someone once asked if its ok to feel nostalgic for Shovelknight. I'd say yes. I already want back the year of my life when I was 15 and playing this carelessly while attending private school. But im 20 right now and the hoarding behaviour of my mother is worsening shes really slipping now. And hearing this OST takes me back to happier times.

It's not like where Shovel Knight where he was travelling to find out what was going on, or with Plague Knight with finding ingredients for his poition.
Not only is the grammar in that sentence wrong, the question itself is wrong because this is an original song written for the game, it isn't an arrangement of an existing one
