Good review. We have mostly had the same experience but id say that to get the most effective cleaning from it you need to use it very often even daily and then the cleaning is as good or better than doing a weekly manual clean. We have had one for a year now. We have hard floors on the ground floor. So far we have been really impressed with the performance and value. Running almost every day it has managed to get the floors spotless by sheer persistence. It is not as powerful as a big vacuum or able to mop and scrub as well as a mop a bucket but by cleaning everyday it gets the ground floor very clean. We haven’t tried it on the upper floors and carpets yet. I haven’t had the map disappear yet but I use the Xiaomi app which seems more stable. Certainly turning on priority use of radar makes it navigate faster and not bump into as much stuff. We have only need two main bags in 1 year. Spares seem to be on Amazon or eBay. I was concerned how well supported it would be to get new mops filters and bags. I tend to vacuum out the robots filter with our big vacuum. For less than half the price of the big brands it works very well.
TBF the vast majority of the mopping robot vacs are more or less like this, they are fine for getting those little spots that while not worth pulling the mop out for; accumulate, but not for any proper stains or caked mud. It seems only the top of the line Roborocks or Deebots, which are well north of $1k; with active mechanical mops can handle the real stains somewhat.
Does it support Google assistant commands like "vacuum kitchen"? Would be cool to use after cooking for example, where I might not want the whole house cleaned
No, just start commands. I m giving it up when my new roborock s7 comes. It's been such a pain in my one year of ownership. Really bad modular design that creates unreliable service. Eg the water tank has an electric pump so it needs an electrical connection to the main body but each time the mop plate catches on something, it breaks the connection and the whole thing stops until you press the start button again on top or in the app. Also it loses the map every so often and have to do a new mapping run. And no go zones are limited to 15 only. Overall too unreliable despite the attractive price.
I got one according to all this good videos. but i cant say i was that happy with it. the carpet cleaning was bad. and also even if it cleans all the floor, you can step on small stones.since i have a cat in the house. i sent it for checking, the result was just to lock it in max suction and to pass 2 times the surface. for me, is not good experience, even after that the carpet was full of crumples and hair. it was promising from the video so i was very disappointed when i got it and use it.
Yuck. Bad app, bad voice prompts. "Occasionally loses mapping data" lol, hard pass! I don't know if I should dislike this video. The video is fine but the product sucks

Are you still using it?
Also the bag in the base station, is it cleanable or something you can buy at the supermarket or is it proprietary?
Nice product..i got a question, Should i unplug the power cord and turn off the power everytime i am not using it?
I wouldn't, you'd lose the ability to voice/remote control it.
How do you get the tower to turn on
Can I put some liquid floor cleaner like Ajax in the water tank (mix with normal water)?
No, it's just for use with water. Officially, anyway, so try at your own risk.
Amazing review. You helped me a lot. Thanks dude. God bless you and your family.
not a bad product at all, nice review
What about y pattern mopping?
do long hair gets trap easily inside the bristles?
