Yup...it looks like LoR recently changed Predict so it no longer shuffles your deck. I was hoping I was just getting unlucky in this video, but after some more testing, I can confirm that the only way to get champions is by seeing them in a Predict, or directly drawing them with cards like Golden Ambassador.
