Hi, Kirby. Your channel is worth visiting! It boasts a lot of educational videos that center on history and diversity of Asia-Pacific. You have also given emphasis on your roots as Kapampangan. I am also a Kapampangan born in Mabalacat City. By the way, could I recommend you to make a comparison video? It would be like this: I am fond of comparative studies and what's striking most is its emerging insights of sociocultural and historical similarities of one civilization to another that others may not be familiar with. I suggest you can come up with a comparison between Thailand and our country, the Philippines. As one writer observes, Filipinos and Thais are siblings separated at birth. True enough, I have seen some striking similarities with these two SEA countries, most especially between Bangkok and Manila. One that I know is when First-time Filipino visitors traveled to Thailand, they would remark that Bangkok is a modernized (albeit cleaner) version of Manila. There is a Chinatown in the said Thai metropolitan which I find very familiar with ours in Binondo. Chao Phraya River kinda reminds me of Pasig river. And in terms of street food, they too sell sliced green mango with shrimp paste as condiment. I know these observations are too superficial to be considered academic, but curiosity piques me here. Hope you would consider my recommendation. Thanks in advance!
Ayodhya Temple, the origin of Ayutthaya, still exists in India. South East Asian Nations and India have a long history to unravel. Waiting for more revelations in the future videos.
Did any Filipino have local native old ancient and medieval city like in Thailand, Burma, Vietnam, Cambodia, Loas, Malaysia and Indonesia? old city with local architecture build by local not European like Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, British and French. did any Old city wall in Philippine exist build by Kingdom of Tondo, Cebu, Tagalog and Visaya are majority of Philippine and major cultural and lanuage group, in Thailand, they used Thai architecture not Malay architecture in most south, while Philipine only the best thing they do by used Southernmost Philippine bangsamoro(Sulu/tausug, maranao, iranun, maguindanao), because they are more advance, rich in culture, brave and only annexed by Spain in 1890s, when weapon became to modern,Bangsamoro which totally similar to Malaysia and Brunei major dominant culture, like Keris for example used all of Malaysia, but in Philippine only south, and not all south used Keris, it symbol of Bangsamoro because it link culture in Malaysian and Bruneian Malay. in Vietnam, Cham stll exist no Vietnam like to used Cham architecture which similar to Khmer and Thai architecture. no Vietnamese called ancient Cham temple as Vietnamese.
