On mine Remove was hidden. I found the list of actions, like Move, Copy, Share, etc. I had to slide the list up, which showed more options including remove at the bottom of the list.

1st click on show file location option then 2nd then again on the 3 dots of which ever file you wanna delete then scroll down the last option would be remove step 3 then it would go to trash if u want you can delete it from trash as well.. 😊

There is no 'remove' option, so this won't work

Remove is hidden at the bottom of the list. Place your finger on the list and slide your finger upwards. The list will move up showing more options. Remove is at the bottom of the list. I had the same problem.

what do you do if the remove option i greyed out? The best option is NOT use Google drive or any "cloud" god how I laugh at that absurb term...its on drive on someone's system. Keep on your machine instead of all this remote crap, then you know where it is seeemples

Does it just delete the back up copy on Google Drive or the original file on the device as well?

I can't delete these annoying adult content emails and videos on my drive. There is no delete or remove option. There's a locate option but even then there's no delete option.

Try sliding the list of options up or down, I found remove was hidden below the visible part of the list
