on the free plan, when i go to asset library there's nothing in there. How do i get component libraries do use for my design?

These recent videos aren't for the free Figma plan, which is disappointing. It'd be better to compare the free and organization plan features. Some reactions in the video are distracting. I prefer one person who is teaching leading the lesson for better focus.
