Loved the video guys! I usually keep a few types of pop in rotation. I primarily drink Dr. Pepper, but I keep Pepsi Max, Coke and A&W root-beer on hand. Sometimes I'll have Hansens all natural sodas as well if I want something a bit more fruity and healthy. Always felt like drinking the carbonation makes me a bit lighter when I un-weight my board for speed. Keep up the great videos! 🤙
Chop hops look so much fun. I can carve a 10 foot bowl on a skateboard, but I can't ollie a curb to save my life. You break it down pretty clearly though, I reckon I may have to give it a go!
Love the video great maneuver for smaller days too when theirs not much shoulder on the waves I like to take out my center fin ride my thruster like a twin next I’ll have to try a finless setup
It varies from surfer to surf, generally shoulder width, some people go slightly wider or slightly narrower. With some practice you will find the right default stance for you Miku!
Hey Ryan, you are a fantastic surfcoach and surfer. Thanks for the tips. I performed my first reverse yesterday. Question: what do you think from France and going out into conditions where its 7 meters swell and onshore wind? Think its doable on a mellow break ? Or does it require a lot of skill?
Hey man! thanks for all the great content. Love that you focus on educational content with education centered video editing, not just all beauty shots haha. Don't know why you would need it, but if you ever need to set up a website hit me up, the little OC web dev company I work for loves to focus on working with good people rather than good wallets. Keep the Aloha Spirit going! Oh and Id love to see you do a collaboration with some long boarders. Lots of "How To" for the short boarders, but not much out there for people who are charging waves and riding the nose on 9+ boards.
Can you do a tutorial on how to paddle back in to a stairway off a cliff when the tide is rough and the water is bumpy? Was paddling in the other day and struggled to get back in. Was a real sketchy moment

Thanks Bas, nice work! I would say that requires much more skill, particularly because those waves can be very powerful.

Sounds sketchy, unfortunately (or fortunately) I don't have anything like this. I would say timing is key. If in doubt don't go out!
They're called ollie spins, not chop hops, chop hops.
Nope
