Hi, nice video. I was wondering if you may be able to help me out with a couple of issues I'm having with my Miller Legend NT ?

      Richard,
The brushes conduct current between the rotating parts of the generator and the wires. They are consumable parts that wear down and will need to be changed to keep the current within allowable tolerances. It's actually a quite common procedure on any electric motor with replaceable brushes, like some drills or chopsaws. Hope this helps!
