you two can make a lab loop tester like this for your signal cabinet. this is a re-creation of an inductive loop that you can use to test your cabinets in the lab.
Thanks for sharing! I'm getting into traffic signal design from the Civil side and really appreciate these videos on how things work in the cabinet and out in the field. Did you ever come across the other youtube channel called something like "the signal guy"? His videos have been removed from YT but they were so informative as well and it's nice to see others doing the same.
I had seen a couple... I think he has a TikTok, I'd considered starting an account, but really as far as how long my videos usually run it makes sense to release them here.
Just had an interview for a signal tech position this morning. Thanks for the videos they have been a lot of help in getting me prepped for the interview
Here's a useful document on loop installation... www.fhwa.dot.gov/publications/research/operations/its/06139/chapt5b.cfm

How do I test the insulation on a loop?
Wish you post more often, love watching your videos.
I will try to post more, it's been a rough year. I'll try to get more out in the future.

This is awesome! I hope you get the job. I really can't stress how fantastic a field of work this is.
