This doesn't explain how to disable web results. If I need to search online, I can go to Google or whatever search engine on the internet. Or any particular site. I don't want any web results in my offline search at all. This includes any results related to help with Windows. Or Microsoft. I need all my search local. So it needs to be set for not accessing the internet for anything whatsoever. Also, this doesn't show how to completely disable indexing. Yes indexing can make searches faster. But it is not a necessity for search. At all. It uses drive space to index as well as run in the background constantly indexing nonstop. This may be fine for most users. But some users are perfectly fine with no indexing at all. This means settings directly in drive properties allowing indexing. And various other indexing settings in the system that need to be completely disabled.
The problem with that search is that we are stuck with the bad Bing search.
