Brening (1924-2001)
In 1953 he graduated from the Kazan Conservatory in piano and composition. In 1955-1960 and 1964-1968 - senior teacher and accompanist of the Kazan Conservatory and the music department of the Kazan Pedagogical Institute.
Since 1968 - senior lecturer, then - associate professor and professor (since 1992) of the Department of Music Theory of the Saratov Conservatory.
