U do the breakdown in after effects and than move on to ...( what program) Always sticked to ps and ae like the brave boy I am
I used Topaz Gigapixel AI to enhance the image, AE to crop elements of the image and PS to remove that elements, then used Wallpaper Engine editor to add movement and FX, hope this helps
