I think it depends on the type of portal because if it’s like a Rick and Morty style portal than yes, IB would negate it, but if it’s a doctor strange type of portal than that’s a different thing because you can just step from one place to another with no problem, though if touma touches the edges than it would be negated. Also yes, collabs are always better when it’s post NT, because you can get a lot more fun interactions with different characters that way.
