  • Over 4500 people took part in Cancer Research UK Race for Life this weekend at Temple Newsam Park, #Leeds, raising over £360,000. Today was #PrettyMuddy and here's Faye Banks, finalist in #SASWhoDaresWins, to tell you what it was like!
Faye made it to the final of Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins challenge on TV in February, and swapped the Vietnam Jungle for Temple Newsam Park today as she took part in her first Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life Pretty Muddy.
Faye, from Leeds, 44, lost both her parents to cancer, is now daring people across West Yorkshire to join her and get muddy and help save lives.
Super fit Faye, who lives in Adel, has been chosen to launch Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life Pretty Muddy - mud-splattered obstacle courses - reminding us that everyone can join in this fun challenge, whatever their fitness level, and that you certainly don’t need to be in training for the SAS to take part!
