you guys dont know? this was part of the focus features on the IOS 16 update. To do this all you have to do is go to the focus that you use for whatever lets say productivity, and there will be an option to edit your home screens and lock screen.
But can you have different wallpapers on these modes? I haven't been able to figure it out, but in this video the wallpaper does change so... I guess its possible? I have the Ipad Pro M2 and with the newest update.
@@notsia make an album with the wallpapers you want and go to the app shortcuts and do it so whenever there’s a specific focus mode on, it will change the wallpaper

I did this on my phone you can assign backgrounds to focus and all you have to do to change the icons is make a new Home Screen/ add more screens ( different app icons for each Home Screen) you can assign screens to show for your focus
