Yes this is how I felt .. &$@?

5000 isn’t much, pretty reasonable for this beauty.

Batteries included, phew! I was worried about breaking the bank with those 3 AAs 😂
You know we'd be shitting bricks if it said not included lol

@@Network126 A lifetime supply's worth.
Well the rub is that the batteries cost 200 bucks.

Now all it needs is a motion sensor, to have the head turn towards the movement, with Arnold's voice saying "You have been marked for termination", and you have an effective home security system. 😂
Stick it in front of 7/11s in Portland
The T-800 is so iconic that I'm sure future generations will look back and think we were more sophisticated than we actually were.
It's a perfect rendition, but It'd be better if he just had the one gun, and posed like the iconic scene in T2 where the T-800 stomps the skull. Maybe have articulated fingers.
ha, no, far from it
I agree! I’d like ONE detachable gun.
That's what I was expecting honestly. Huge missed opportunity
Have you seen the one from Wonder World. Guy from Australia hand made it. Took him 4 years to do it. Looks amazing.
Joints in the elbows would've been good...
The eyes should light up using a sensor when someone enters the room
теоретически, это можно сделать: поставить датчик движения и соединить с светидиодами в глазах, думаю, это не сложно

For that much money I'd expect at least the arms and head to be more posable and removable plasma rifles. Also the middle chest pistons aren't connected to the right place in the chest.

The 80s people had a superior imagination compared to todays people

well, maybe todays people just running out of imagination (?) I mean, yeah.. some say "the future is now", that means we're on "the edge", get my point don't you ?
Not really...Cameron ripped off the concept of The Terminator (including the time travelling stuff with a soldier being sent back too) off a short story by a guy that used to write for The Outer Limits.
It's not the thing. it's just that today movies are built based on Excel spreadsheet. In the 80s they were built mostly based on good scripts and tallented directors. You don't need a good director or tallented artist anymore much these days. Skilled engineer is enough. Today you do have movie design patterns - like in computer programming. Everything is accountable to mitigate the risk and maximize the profit. No place for artism anymore. Sorry - no bonus.
