Hi Lorrie. I just found your channel through I believe through Favorite’s With Laura and I have been watching a couple of your videos and found this one. I was born with Spina Bifida and have been a dialysis’ patient for 16 yrs. I know what you’re saying when you say don’t give up and keep going cause we do end up adapting to our disabilities. I’m originally from Ohio and now live in Florida with my mom and she assists me oth a few things I’m unable to do but I am pretty independent and have a great attitude since I was a kid too which has definitely helped alot. Thank you for sharing your story. I wonder how many other babies were affected by not having their eyes covered? I have had glasses since I was 8. I wore contacts off and on but due to allergies and dry eyes they fog up so bad I just gave up. Hope you do another one of these. I would like to know how you and your husband met. He is a Saint for being there for you.
Hey there I tried to contacts once when I was younger and my eyes are also too dry to wear them. At that time I did not know that I had with the Sjogrens syndrome which really affected them. I know some people don’t want to wear glasses but I am thankful and blessed to have a pair that can clarify some of what I see. Have a great week.
I understand but we need to find joy in all of the things that we have as humans that we are not happy about. It could always be worse. When I can’t see some thing that I have seen before I just need to look back and think about it and remember. It’s that little blessings.
Thank you so much for sharing your story I've worn glasses since first grade then contacts in high school , now I alternate using both but without them I'm legally blind . I will keep you in my prayers I really hope your eyes will get better.

I cant see without my glasses and I can only see blurry colors without them. It makes me sad so I can only imagine how you feel hun
