Been Paper Rex fan since 2021. Been seing a lot of heart breaking moment from Paper Rex and might see more in this tournement. One of those moment when they were beaten by Zeta, FPX and Fnatic. I really hope they can win champion this time. Paper Rex are those team that really hard to handle, but once they got further into the tournement, teams just start to learn their playstyle.
While I can see why they are so hype, I always feel that it's super inconsiderate to stand up / jump / yell. Because it is directly affecting the viewing experience of people they are blocking.

Something’s thinking process at round 24 is something else bro, the way he decided to go for Less rather than Tuyz was incredible. This is what separates good players and best players. If he had gone for Tuyz, Less would have killed him with bulldog. Man Impressive. Such a fast thinker.
Forsaken also shows a 5head play in his 1v3 clutch in Pearl. Shooting at the guy on main while blocking the 2nd Loud players' vision and returning to him once he won the fight. Insane 5head plays that got him the clutch.
the fact that prx manage to be such a good team where they go head to head with the best of the best, but at the same time freak the ever living hell out of alecks with plays that just don’t workout sometimes. they even got 2-13 on split which prob lost alecks have his life span just with that match alone XD
i think this was the best series of the entirety of champions. Two highly rated teams who are playing exceptionally in their tournaments and its their first time ever facing each other. abosultely amazing game, Loud was on it that game everyone was hitting insane shots and Paper Rex were as funky as always

i still think leviatan vs xset (i think) on haven round 23 where they drop the spike heaven with omen ult, the raze satchels in and gets a crazy kill for it, then escapes heaven and dies to fall damage is the craziest ROUND, but this is def the craziest game
0.03 defuse fail, jinggg 1 hp clutch, anti ecos lost, all of them were close rounds that loud could have won, but for me something 1v4 was the biggest troll from loud, giving him 1v1's is stupid. It would be 10-5 and PRX with bad economy.

It's called respecting something arguably they should've retreated deeper once something got fade but they're gambling on 2 off angle instead which is not a bad choice. I think they're betting that something gonna expect them hiding in site so Sova hold an off angle to catch him by surprise and also baiting for KJ at the same time hoping that something let his guard down after killing him and won't clear KJ. Their plan is not bad but something disciplne won out in the end I mean realistically speaking they can only do this strat or risking their lives crossing and get stuck in backside or pushing forward to open area. I mean trying to double peek him is troll option that risk getting sprayed to death. They respected Something enough to not take that option. It's not a clear cut situation like not like giving them 1v1, they're caught in dilemma and made their choice.. so does something he's caught in dilemma but his discipline won out and give him the W.
Loud mistake in 1v4 something was that they didnt respect something even tho their hp is so low they should have run deeper but instead they just challenge something with such low hp , they think they can kill something and end the round but no "something" just happen lmao
it's a read and he gambled on it. that 1 HP clutch actually is a masterclass . With Jingg at 1 hp LOUD simply doesn't expect him to aggressively peeks alone and most pro won't either, they'll try to get a trade or something with him which is the textbook valorant. So Jingg peek when f0rsaken plant which 1. made it seems improbable that someone gonna peek them and 2. distract them with audio cue even for a moment. The nade to cage is proof of his agent mastery. Even with nothing to be lined up he still managed to throw the nade and with luck factor powered by Astra wall his nade managed to get the mark. Less can plant cage deeper but he's afraid that they gonna rotate through the door and either 2v1 him or broke it silently. This is IMO the biggest luck factor in game but if Jingg still need to land that nade to win. when it comes to smoke it's common sense that anyone who're inside first have advantage but not everyone have the quick decision making and the w gaming mentality of rushing to that smoke the moment he realize there's a smoke. I mean dude literally gambled it by running towards it with knife outs instead of silently walk. It can be a read or just gamesense but if Jingg did not knife out to the smoke he won't be there when the "lucky" chance to kill omen present himself. and finally the ace are thanks to PRX hivemind. f0rsaken quick thinking made him realize he should group up and bait for Jingg while JIngg as he expect will go for the kill instead of the smart play of hiding and set up a cross fire like most normal valorant pro will do.. If Jinggg decided to save his life after that smoke lurk he'll be too late to trade f0rsaken and if f0rsaken is a bit too late in jumping and baiting KJ definitely gonna spam bullet to the smoke that will kill 1 hp Jingg. People said PRX are winning some of these game by luck... but they forgot luck is when opportunity meets ability. Jingg does not get Omen by pure luck. If it's Aspas, Derke, or Demon1 they'll most definitely gonna be too late to enter the smoke and miss that "lucky" chance. , fortune favors the bold. Jingg actually earned that ace by being absolutely fearless killing machine.

I *never* said that Jing is *not* the living, breathing, Raze main that he is or that Jings plays was purely out of luck etc. What I want to point out is that (you can see in the video at 5:13 , set your playback speed to 0.25x) Tuyz (Omen) teleported into his Omen smoke before his smoke completely settles down (because you know, that's how Omens smoke work). From Jings point of view you can just see the bottom part of the Omen teleport animation before the smoke covers Omen. I just thought that Jing reacted to that visual information by pushing an unprepared Tuyz inside of his smoke. You can also see that after Jing saw the Omen tp, he pushed the smoke already pre-aiming to where Omen tp'd. I think he just reacted to that naturally and try to get the kill on Omen. So I don't know where in my comment you read "Jing is so lucky with that 1 hp ace he didnt deserve it etc etc" but I'm happy to see that PRX has a very passionate fan :D

I’ll definitely say that this game is one of the most hyped in the tournament, personally the most intense for me even a month after the event. Both teams play to clutch every moments and tons of moment are created from this game alone. The two maps and other games after this seems dull in comparison for me even though they’re great. Even PRX vs EG in the final is not that interesting for me when I have seen this match. Wish we see such insane game at the highest-level like this again in next year.

I even play na eu and south america just play with sea playstyle where i from i dominate them cause they not pushing and cant counter it plus asia aim is demon and mechanically compared to other region and jingg 1hp clutch ace is normal to all asian player cause anything can happen
last series was eg 3 - 2 prx. that was close game too. so, they have 50:50 chance for each team i think. with something on roster, the game will be nerve-wracking to watch

Paper Rex is the name of the team, the only time people use the abbreviation instead of the name of the team, is when the name is significantly longer i.e. EG because it's shorter than Evil Geniuses by 3 syllables. Pa-per-rex is 3 syllables, P-R-X is 3 syllables. There is literally no benefit to using the abbreviation. It's just extremely dumb. It's also a dumb thing for me to be mad about, but goddamn does it annoy me.

@@thunderchungus9971 No, that's dumb. DRX is the name of the team, they officially changed their name from dragonX to DRX. Paper Rex is the name of the team, the only time people use the abbreviation instead of the name of the team, is when the name is significantly longer i.e. EG because it's shorter than Evil Geniuses by 3 syllables. Pa-per-rex is 3 syllables, P-R-X is 3 syllables. There is literally no benefit to using the abbreviation. It's just extremely dumb.
It's also a dumb thing for me to be mad about, but goddamn does it annoy me.
@@TheTechReactor well damn dragonX did change to DRX. Point still stands tho, prx is just used more, when i ask my friends about teams they never say paper rex but just PRX, besides it just rolls the tongue better
