It would be an insult to the victims to have this loose cannon on the streets. Glad the judge didn't fall for it.

To the family of Spencer don't make excuses for your son. He is a very disturbing individual. Needs to be in prison for the rest of your life. I get so tired of seeing lawyers try to get their clients off with lighter sentence. That is the problem. Nn more letting individuals 😪 like this out.

With all his 'empathy', why did he stalk and harass Madison cruelly for two months? Why did he threaten her with violence instead of walking away and moving on with his own life? Why did he lie in wait outside the restaurant so he could brutally stab Madison 17 times? Why did he stab her mother and a brave, random stranger who tried to protect her? The community would not be well served by a sentence other than life without the possibility of parole. He should never have the chance to harm anyone else again.

This speech is the reason people despise defense attorneys, but he attempted to do what he was hired to do. However, his attorney probably pissed the judge off speaking as if his client was the victim.

Medical research- brain injuries : depression, suicidal, uncontrollable emotions, impulsive behavior, anger) eg ( football players who become aggresive, suicide rates)( refer to the football player who kick started the brain investigation/ research- he shot himself, asked that his brain be used for research in order to find out why he became impulsive, aggressive- discovered head knocks causes this)
