That Crap happens all over America when you have business at DMV you need to carry a Magnifying glass and inspect your license anytime you get renewed here in Illinois the Photo clerck always said check your information for accuracy I never had a issue but when I trucked we had drivers that came in that were furious they lost Hazmat endorsement or they lost the doubles/triples endorsement or the worse mistake known to Man they lost their Motorcycle endorsement and for some of these guys that was unthinkable because they were members of One Percent Biker Crews and their charter Presidents would come down on them super hard for outfit Infractions

Rainbow Bridge !! use to be the only one there .I always enjoy the vids , i like to see if i recognize things & places , , Here in Texas , i wanted to keep my cdl's but advoid the Dot physical every year, i always done them the last 3yrs out a my pocket Class A , always heard if Ya born before 1960 you come run the state of Texas without the yearly dot Physical, wrong !! I have kept mind in case i ever had to go back to work , they said i can keep my cdl, without yrly exam, but i cant work & get paid !! Yes Sir !! How much sense does that make , and if i did go back to work , I would have to inform Txdot & go get a DOT physical, then they change my endorsement back like it was , Only thing i can maybe see , is that if owned a Truck , i could legally drive it any where in the U.S. . I dont know Genius figured that one out. Take Care , God Bless , & Keep on Truckin !!

Did you ever have tanker endorsement? It is permanent once you get it.
Hazmat recertification is every 4 years. License is good for 4 years. Dot physical is for 2 years. At least that is how Arkansas does it.
Yes I did.. what happened was I had everything at the begging of 22 and when I went and renewed them they didn't put the tanker on there just hazmat.. so they messed up and then made me redo all of it..
It's good to know ( he said cynically) that all DMV's are alike! I got everything including " doubles and triples". When all the cdl-a stuff started. I didn't get bus / passengers endorsement because I didn't have access to a bus. Time moves on, I decided I don't need hazmat because we didn't haul much stuff like that anymore. And? I didn't want to pay extra for the background check and Hazmat on my license. Took it off. I worked with a guy who had a expired medical card. Expired for two years. Yikes! Safety never caught it and eventually a DOT inspection at a scale caught it. Of course he was released to go straight back to the terminal and park it and get a physical and new card. Fell through the cracks. I'm partial to the Brown hat myself. Any merch I've gotten? I usually go to the people who print it and buy directly from them. Laura Farms, Boston Trucker, More than Dirt, aka Dominique the Dump truck driver. I use my debit card. It's also a Discover card. Haven't been ripped off yet. Knock on wood! 😂! When I renew my license I have to take a Haz Mat test but not a tanker test. All my other endorsements renew without having to take a test. Did they make you take the test for tanker because they are treating it as if you did not have tanker and needed to test or do you have to take tanker and haz mat tests when you renew?
Yes we are the same way in louisiana.. what happend was when I went in there to renew my license they forgot to put the tanker on the new one and only put hazmat... so they messed up and I still had to pay to take the test and all that over to get it back on my license...
