Can somebody explain to me, how were 400kg fit in 8 plates and a barbell? I mean, materials have density. If that barbell is holding 400kg, that means that one plate is 47.5kg (because the barbell is 20kg). If you show you one of those plates and tell you it's 47.5kg would you believe me. Look at the size of the plate! Where does that weight fit in that size?
ANYBODY... with AT LEAST 2 FUCKING BRAIN CELLS... can google the keywords "400kg barbell" and simply see how a 400kg barbell looks like... the barbell itself bends because of the weight... it bends like a fucking noodle!!!!
