This turned out sooo good.when you first put the black glitter on it I was sure it wasn’t going to work out. So glad you showed this because if I had an experience like that I likely would have just stopped doing the cup after I see the black glitter. Just goes to show you you might be surprised with how well it turns out. Thank you again.
Love how this turned out! When I do this pattern, I do the diagonal stripes and then lay a stripe from top to bottom, then trim out where it doesn't belong. I've done both adhesive sheets as well as the stencil vinyl with mod podge or tack it and definitely prefer the stencil method. I am a stickler for really full coverage and just can't get the coverage I want with the adhesive sheets.
Wooowww!!! Absolutely beautiful!! The color pop on the tape when you applied the epoxy was amazing!! Also while you were applying the tape it was cool to let my mind see the shapes bend with the 3D shape. I love it!!❤❤❤
Love this design. Your cup came out amazing! ❤️ I’ve used the Elizabeth brand from Amazon with worked out well and the brand with the rainbow colors on the front of the package (can’t remember the name) was terrible. It just didn’t like to be on a curved surface. But I did just order Tumbler Tape which is made for tumblers. Can’t wait to try it and compare is to Elizabeths. For me, I think sealing between colors helps, specially when using white 😳 I also pat/rub the glitter into the tape. Love watching your videos! ❤️ Love the tips and tricks I learn for you!!
I've use smaller pieces of Elizabeth one for other craft projects , this tape doesn't like to be rubbed at all it works best with no touching whatsoever. Amazon is out of so many kinds its not even funny!
I felt that way too -- try wrapping a few cups with removable vinyl and then removing it, just to get comfortable with wrapping before doing one of these. It really helps!!
Uhm I don't remember and it's never the same I test cut before cutting every single time. I have an air 2 and usually start with the lightest vinyl setting and work my way up til I find one that works.
It's just cutting the top layer of something , like when you have 8b stickers printed on a sheet you can either cut fully through the sheet for 8 individual stickers or you can kiss cut around each image and still have a full sheet of 8 stickers together. I hope that makes sense!
Most importantly, you didn't mention what adhesive brand sheet you used and what setting did you use to kiss cut this design so that it does not cut through.
It was in the description 💙 I would test cut until you find the right setting for your machine and blade I cut a tiny star inside a circle inside a box and if I can successfully weed the star inside and the bit outside the circle I know I'm good to do. BENECREAT adhesive Sheets amzn.to/3ogzQLh
Always always always test cut for my machine mat and blade after several tests I found that paper - (minus) worked best for me. Some people swear by the washi setting....
@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle I found by trial and error ( 2 sheets ruined ) that for my machine the washi sheet setting. But after all that the file did not fit. I am doing the 20 oz markerflo skinny which is straight but the file is tapered🤦♀️.
On my explore air 2 I cut on the paper less setting which is the setting counter clockwise right before I get to custom... but always test cut a small piece to find your proper setting
This turned out great! I didn’t think the black was going to work well but you pulled it all together ❤️
Thank you 🖤💙🖤

Seems the black scares everyone! 😱 I just roll with all of the mistakes its always fixable!
Oops I do love it - nice job

I would not stripe it if it I do another I liked it better without!
It turned out gorgeous Rae. Well done
Thank you!
Love this.. I don't think I would have the patience to do the strips of tape!.lol
Yeah I'm not a fan of striping lol 😆
It’s beautiful. Great job!!! Love it!!!
Thank you🖤

It's so crazy it's completely different depending on how you look at it.
Wow Rae look at that! You did a great job. Love the colors. I’m not there yet trying to wrap? Very intimidating. Thank you for sharing!
Try one you might surprise yourself!
Really cool design! Thanks for sharing😘
💙 your box is going soon I see a high 40s or even 50 day coming that's my target window finally!
@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle 😘
Absolutely gorgeous!!! 🤩 These designs kinda scare me, but they look so amazing!
Oh stop you are fearless and roll with the f-ups just like I do you should try one!
@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle I dunno. I have everything to try one but can’t seem to pull the trigger 🙄🤣
Great pattern...I have to be honest liked better without stripes. It is kind of trippy. Great colors hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙
Me too! 💙 it's very mind bending....
Its beautiful.
Thank you!
Wow what patience you have WTG - your a much better Women then me lol
I'm getting pretty speedy at these things!

Hello love your cup😍 I tried making one but I can’t get the right size cut out on my cricut
What machine do you have they should all except the joy cut this size.... make sure it's on cut not print
So beautiful. I’m working on this pattern right now. Doesn’t look this good!
It really messes with your head 🤣
@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle I have mine glittered and on the cup. About to epoxy. Where can I show you at?

I too have had a couple of templates, but I’m so intimidated by the process, I can barely get a waterslide on correctly, ugh! Your cup is beautiful.
I felt that way too -- try wrapping a few cups with removable vinyl and then removing it, just to get comfortable with wrapping before doing one of these. It really helps!!
That's a good tip! Sometimes I draw a straight line to line up on.... some of the templates have more wiggle room than others...
Beautiful
Thanks 🖤
Nice work. I love the pattern. Is there an Etsy to purchase this pattern from?
Mine came from Ellies Crafty Co on etsy
May I ask what setting is the double sided adhesive cut on?
What setting do you use on your cricut to kiss cut.
Uhm I don't remember and it's never the same I test cut before cutting every single time. I have an air 2 and usually start with the lightest vinyl setting and work my way up til I find one that works.
Good morning, I hope your day is amazing so far. Please tell me, what is "kiss cut"?

Can you share what settings you use to cut on the Cricut?
Honestly I would test cut its never the same for 2 brands and 2 machines. I make a tiny star inside a square to test cut. Maybe 1/4 inch
Thank you
What setting did you use to make your cut?

Seller of the design was really helpful and sent me the one for my cup. 😊
What would "kiss cut" be for a cricut?
On my explore air 2 I cut on the paper less setting which is the setting counter clockwise right before I get to custom... but always test cut a small piece to find your proper setting
