Omg I love this! Green is my color - made a camo with most of the colors but this is amazing! I also want to try one again using this method. My first tanagram was a hot mess using mod podge and acrylic paint. Thanks so much for the video!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Where are you buying your paint from, I don't see it listed in the description box and I've had trouble finding the Montana brand. And also, how do you lay down the adhesive sheets on the cutting mat? Thank you for such great videos.
Weird question, I know you said you sort of winged where you put the colors but mapped it out. That’s the part I always get stuck on and haven’t tried this because I’m a very mapped out person. Do you know where I can get the numbers laid out? I love your pattern it’s gorgeous! (The # pattern is where I get confused and don’t want to mess up).
You can always map out your colors on a separate sheet so you can kind of visualize how it will look! It’s hard to go by a set formula or layout every time. The good thing is that you really can’t go wrong with it!
Hi Mallory, I have a q's. How do u get the designs on the double sided sheet paper? If i buy the template on etsy download it and then send it to my printer then cricut. Can u please guide me through the steps. Thank You!
You would download the template, and then import into your cricut and cut it out of the double sided adhesive 😊 you wouldn’t need to print anything out. Just make sure you purchase the right size template, so that when you cut it out, it fits perfectly on your cup!
I would have never thought to use double sided adhesive 🤯!! This cup is gorgeous!!
Thank you!! 🥰
Love it. Where do your get the designs of the tangram?
Wow that is beautiful! And you have so much patience!
Thank you! It becomes sort of relaxing after a while! lol
This is beautiful I wish I was experienced enough to try this but I am a semi beginner. You did an amazing job 👍❤️
You can totally do it! They’re not as hard as they look 😉 & thank you!
COOL 😎. That was a labor of love 💘
Thank you for this you helped me alot step by step
What a gorgeous cup!!! Havnt done anything like this yet but definitely in my near future ! 😍😍😍
Thank you! Yesss you'll be addicted to them once you start! lol
I absolutely love the green scheme!
thank you!
Thank you much for this tutorial!! This method seems way easier!
So much less stressful than mod podge!
You make wrapping it look so easy lol
lol thank you! Lots and lots of practice (&failure!)
I really want to try this but I’m super nervous….your tumbler looks amazing.
Thank you! You got this! 💚
Great video.
Beautiful cup ❣️
Thank you! ❤️

Thank you! Camo is next on my list! Can’t wait to see how your next tangram turns out! 😍
What is your stencil that you first laid down made from?

I get my Montana spray paint from sprayplanet.com 😊
do you apply anything to you striping before apply epoxy? Always heard that pin striping has a tendency to raise up
I typically seal my vinyl with either polycrylic, CCDIY quick coat, or crystalac glitter glue. They all work great!

Did u not have to do an A&B mix for the 1 layer? If not which part did u use A or B?
If you’re using regular epoxy you always have to mix parts a and b. They won’t cure unless mixed!
So what program/ cutter do you use for making the wrap?
I use a silhouette cameo 4 and silhouette studio 😊
Can you share the settings you used to cut the double sided sheet?? Pleaseeee!! I tried soooo many times...never get it right😑
There’s a setting in silhouette for double sided adhesive so I just used that! If you have a cricut I’d recommend using the cardstock setting
Can I ask why you use the stencil vinyl. Why not just the double side d adhesive? Curious
Just makes it easier for me to visualize and get the spots in the right place. You could probably get it done without the stencil vinyl though!
@@madebymal_studio thanks so much
When I spray the double sided tape it runs.
Beautiful but I don't have the patience

@@madebymal_studio thank u sooo much.
@@madebymal_studio but how do you get cricut to cut that size????
I wish Cricut would come out with double sided adhesive vinyl 🙁
Why can’t you use the silhouette version?
@@EmilyMineDesigns oh, I didn't realize you could use the Silhouette with the Circuit. I suppose you could and I will try. Thanks for the tutorial :)
You can also buy double sided adhesive sheet online through Amazon
