    Thanks again for putting out there for us. I do the same-- of course. I just try not to verbalize it---just keep it in my head.

    Being judgmental is an issue of mine as well that I'm working to overcome. I have meditated a bit here and there but never saw the connection to being less judgmental. It makes sense now that you mention it. The judgements are simply there and it is up to us whether we give them weight or not.
