It makes me laugh out when seeing your tongue close to the dish. So cute. 😆😆😆 Having lots of memories there with my schoolmates over 10 years when I was in university, I emotionally like that restaurant, too.
I got to visit the museum in 2016. It is a great place and the park is really nice. I remember seeing the Purple Restaurant across the street. We didn't get to eat there, but maybe next time.
I can see why you like the purple restaurant.... some of my German friends live in TW like 陶板屋. However for a lot of Taiwanese, 陶板屋 is kind of mix and match restaurant.(not Japanese food nor Western food).. that’s why some of my Taiwanese friends don’t really like it. But it did look delicious in the video....plus you looked really satisfied and happy when you were eating them. You should do more video like this, you may have your own TV commercials soon.

When I was on my working holidays in Ireland few years ago, I found it very difficult to find any mushroom other than the button ones. It seems to be the same situation in the UK according to your video. How do people survive without all the yummy mushrooms 🍄 XD oyster mushroom is also perfect for BBQ 😋

陶板屋屬於中高價位的連鎖餐廳，品質算的上不錯，但不同分店廚師的手藝多少有些落差。對歐美人來說這種有秩序的用餐方式才是習慣，但是如果我有1000~2000台幣的預算，我寧願去海港點一堆海鮮大餐或是吃個甕窯雞、山區料理。 陶板屋是用來聯誼交際的中等價位普通餐廳XD.... ALLEN 你下次應該嘗試去山區尋找些罕見的料理，台灣有些天然養殖的餐廳跟場所都在山區中，也許下次有機會看到你吃竹筒飯或是馬告(山胡椒)的原住民料理。 PS：一個人吃飯太邊緣，應該找小貝或是其他在台英國人一起吃啊
Did you leave your commend on the feedback card? That partition is so bad for the noise among tables! I once wrote almost the same feedback on Tasty restaurant (the same food incorporation in Taiwan), and they did change the whole decoration after. Maybe too many complaints about the same thing. But they do listen, that's what's counts for a good restaurant. If you like it, you should tell them. Love your video.

崇德路跟北平路口那邊也有一間陶板屋，然後他旁邊有一間凱恩斯牛排，也很好吃，有空可以試試 :）

我只有在台南的成大會館2樓吃過，我也很喜歡，雖然說價格比較高但我覺得環境很棒（我去的時候都很安靜，我沒遇過這麼吵的時候，應該是旁邊的沒什麼禮貌= =），如果有點錢（抱歉我是學生比較窮）可以去看看，生日的時候去也很好喔，我之前不知道送朋友什麼就去吃陶板屋當朋友的生日禮物！！！

The English name is tokiya, actually it is a japanese name. ya=屋=house. Maybe you can translate it into "Clay House"
