Im a leftist but tbh id kinda like a west wing revival where the main premise of the first half of the season is under a republican administration that maybe Sam or someone else is trying to unseat

I'm more right leaning but I think the West wing always did a good job of portraying honourable republicans
Maybe a little unreally so, but let's be honest, the best democrats of the past half century don't live up to Bartlett either.
Anyway, I think just from a story pov, it would be more dynamic seeing Sam win, rather than rehash of season 1 of the West wing following an incumbent president

Charlie as chief of staff is a new suggestion, I've never seen it before and I have to say I love it.
I wonder where Josh is in this universe though. How did Charlie become the "best friend whose smarter than you" to Sam, that Leo was to Bartlett.
That would be an interesting story to pursue in it's own right

It's tough reading that Sam Lloyd was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor around the same time he became a father for the first time. Life truly isn't fair some times. RIP

@@mccleod6235I know. Doesn't seem hygienic at all to just stick it up on a table and let anyone carve lumps off it
@@stephencronin1080 Not to mention that a one ton block of cheese would be a cubic metre in size. How would it be made, transported and kept fresh? DC has high heat and humidity in summer. You would end up having to hire someone just to scrape the flies off.
@@mccleod6235 Some cheeses create their own protective shell or can be preserved in other ways, like a cheesecloth or the wax they use for Babybell.
