Head canon for a more realistic origin of Thunderbolt's nickname. Back during WW2 the food overseas was not agreeing with him and he once sharted so loud people dove for cover thinking they were under enemy fire
"Edgy the Hedgey" Cracks me up everytime. Said that to a friend of mine was a huge Sonic fan in the 80s and was talking about seeing the new movie with Shadow in it and he seemed 1 part amused and 1 part offended
Okay so the time Red Hulk fuses with Ghost Rider & Venom is because it comes from a book called the Circle of Four where its a reference to The New Fantastic Four which was Hulk, Ghost Rider, Logan, & Spider-Man. So the Red Hulk fusion was cause they were in a team together along with Laura Kinney (X-23 at the time) & some crazy shit with Blackheart happens.
IRL Anyone with a nickname of "ice" anything was either complaining of the heat, or got locked in the walk in freezer for an hour. There's brilliant articles on origins of embarrassing nick names in the military.
Yeah, at first in the comics, everyone thought it was Bruce Banner. Captain America said, "You realize The Hulk's green, right?" And Hill responded."Yeah, well I heard he started out grey so fuck it. Tear gas'em"
i do feel the best Hulk storyline was Immortal Hulk. it was an immacute thing delved really nicely into the Banner system's DID and as truama response since a child. anyone who wants really get into the relationship between the different identities in the system I do highly reccomend
The thing with Roth/Blonsky squaring up to the Hulk like that is a result of the Super Soldier Serum. A big part of that serum is that it just makes you more of what you already where. It dials up certain character traits to 11 along with the physical stuff. So for Roth/Blonsky it was ego/self-confidence. He had the stones to do that because he very nearly had the stones to do that before the serum. Just my 2 cents.
Im pretty sure Rulk was a nickname given by readers of the comics and not a character in universe. Inwas collecting and reading comics at that time and have all the 1-24 from red hulk introduction to reveal who it was autographed by the original artist and inker Ed McGuiness and dexter vines respectively.
Every hulk can control themself in that state minus hulk themself. Abomination, A-bomb, she hulk, "new" hulk amadauis choi or how ever you spell that name, redhulk, boar brothers and all other gamma creatures have intelligence and connection to thier human brain except bruce the abused child
The duality of the hulk is what makes the hulk. The hulk. Think moonknight. Or me myself and irene Someone else taking over to do the things the original persona can't bring themselves to do. Means he can be banner when banner is needed and hulk when banner can't do it.
so 1. its been canon for a while that smugglers luck is a force power Han Solo is kind of very lucky, 2. the force is in every thing so kind of any one with a little will could manifest as a force ghost in theory.
Don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but regarding the magneto age dilemma, Magneto died during the whole Eternals vs X-Men thing marvel did a while back and was brought back relatively recently in "Resurrection of Magneto" in a younger body. Though for some reason he looks kinda old in the new X-Men series... And uhh, tbh the "they're caleld the thunderbolts because of general ross" thing is probably more likely than the original explanation in the comics, where Zemo boasts of the name/symbol being "crypto fascist"
But, Karl. In the Ahsoka show they made it canon that everyone is force sensitive and anyone who can't use the force is just a b*tch who didn't try hard enough. Clearly, the explanation for how Han became a force ghost is that Leia taught him to use the force in secret and then he never once mentioned or took advantage of the skill to do anything
Hey I just watched this one video on the hulk form a channel called fact fiend, they told me to come here and bug you guys on your most recent video to ask for a video on the red hulk, and I would love to have a video done on that guy, it would be awesome if that was made
I feel like Harrison Ford lost a lot of fucks when he got tired of playing Han Solo; doesn’t seem to hurt his performances though. I’m sure he’s happy enough to act and be well paid for it, and is just way over this whole Hollywood fame bullshit
Other than short stint of being on the team, Thunderbolt Ross and the Thunderbolts have nothing to do with eachother. The names are just a coincidence.
Look, obviously the kill Ross off in the first movie and the team's named in his honor, and they make Coulson the new Red Hulk because people would be all about that.
You're gonna tell the guy who played han solo and Indiana Jones to care more about nerd culture? Hahah his response would be I created nerd culture and no matter how little I care you still pay to see me do my job
Head canon for a more realistic origin of Thunderbolt's nickname. Back during WW2 the food overseas was not agreeing with him and he once sharted so loud people dove for cover thinking they were under enemy fire
Karl over here thinking like a 40k ork. Love it.
Came here for this
RED WUNZ GO FASTA YA GIT
"Do you really need to take three edgy characters and edge them on top of each other?"
Lucas, phrasing.
Phrasing
_[RAZZLE voice]_ Phrasing!

Military nicknames come about from an embarrassing or goofy story about said person. It's an insult badge of humbleness.
IRL Anyone with a nickname of "ice" anything was either complaining of the heat, or got locked in the walk in freezer for an hour. There's brilliant articles on origins of embarrassing nick names in the military.
I bet "Thunderbolt" shit his pants loudly during a meeting.
@@TonusStoneshield definitely. The"cool story" is a cover cause someone called him Thunderbolt and he didn't want to fess up.
Yeah, at first in the comics, everyone thought it was Bruce Banner. Captain America said, "You realize The Hulk's green, right?" And Hill responded."Yeah, well I heard he started out grey so fuck it. Tear gas'em"
They also had a robot posing as general Ross so there was also no reason to suspect him or anyone else of being a new hulk
i do feel the best Hulk storyline was Immortal Hulk. it was an immacute thing delved really nicely into the Banner system's DID and as truama response since a child. anyone who wants really get into the relationship between the different identities in the system I do highly reccomend
Posted perfect time for my lunch break
Red is da fastest!!!!
it was a ghost log, he isn't sitting on a tree

Guys, they needed to do a 3-way fusion to ride out of HELL.
…This is new. Glad to find this after the end of Fact Fiends.
I think people miss that Bruce has DID, which may have him interact with the Hulk trait differently to other Hulks like Ross and Jennifer.
Can’t really blamed him,he’s got his millions let a man live his life
The Thunderbolts aren’t named after Thunderbolt Ross but Ross has been on the Thunderbolts

Thats exactly what makes Hulk able to defeat all those characters though, his duality is his trump card
The duality of the hulk is what makes the hulk. The hulk.

Or me myself and irene

The lovely Karl Smallwood, my experience with military nicknames is the ppl who can't remember your name saying stuff
so 1. its been canon for a while that smugglers luck is a force power Han Solo is kind of very lucky, 2. the force is in every thing so kind of any one with a little will could manifest as a force ghost in theory.

I mean, why don't force ghosts fall through the ground? Ask what is and isn't okay opens a whole can of worms in that regard
Rogue would be a Blue Hulk because her stepmother is Mystique!
Please do red hood or ghost rider if you haven't already!
5:29 I want Micheal Mando to just shout ‘Shut the fuck up’ in the middle of a fight in the next Spiderman because he is so annoying😂
he's called thunderbolt cause he talks big but can't hit the same target twice
haha😂
General Ross and The Hulk is Ahab and Moby Dick.
Hulk can move really fast in a straight line but he's heavy and clumsy so he can't really maneuver at high speeds
I hope mad Hulk comes back for this movie.
But, Karl. In the Ahsoka show they made it canon that everyone is force sensitive and anyone who can't use the force is just a b*tch who didn't try hard enough.

Has there ever been a time when he did give a fuck?
Just so someone says it a 2 power rating in marvel means normal human 1 is actually below average human
16:50 all i hear is adorability lmfao instead of durability
Other than short stint of being on the team, Thunderbolt Ross and the Thunderbolts have nothing to do with eachother. The names are just a coincidence.
Red Hulk doesn't get stronger as he gets angry. He gets hotter.
Til Marvel once out edged shadow the hedgehog
Look, obviously the kill Ross off in the first movie and the team's named in his honor, and they make Coulson the new Red Hulk because people would be all about that.
Sorry but… first. Never had the chance before.
You're gonna tell the guy who played han solo and Indiana Jones to care more about nerd culture? Hahah his response would be I created nerd culture and no matter how little I care you still pay to see me do my job
I know Karl is aware of 40k, hes mentioned a colleague that work for them, has he been reading brutal kunnin.
Edit:capital k on Karl
Magento recently resurrected himself.
