This song has one of my favorite misheard lyrics, "let's pee in the corner, let's pee in the spotlight."
I can't unhear it now.
whew I thought I was the only one who had a pee spotlight. can never be too careful...
Thank you. So complex a song and you make it easy to play and comprehend.
my pleasure!
This song is very dope, learned it years ago and still love it

Another great video Ryan!! I tell everyone who ask me where I learned to play I refer them to your channel. They are all Ryan 4 lifers as well. Keep on throwing them out we all appreciate you!!
you're the best Jerry - big hello to your friends for me :) :)
So soothing. Too much fire these days. Time for some good ol' 90ies escapism. Thank you, Mr. L. - as always. אלוהים ישמור עליך
amen to that
@Ryan - Gotta say I really love the 'Epic Back Strum' in there. Takes a bit to get use to doing it, but as a transition from Am to Em it just sounds so good and adds a bit of interest in there. Love playing it and hearing it.
:) :)
Great lesson, Ryan - thanks!

thanks G!
You kill me with the kazoo every time!!😂
Awesome as always thank you
thanks!
Thank you , Really good !
Great video again Ryan and love seeing the new Liz lol. But what’s the very very last bit as it slows down? Is it one of the fills you’ve already shown us. Maybe it is but I’ve only watched this video once lol.
weirdly, I put the end part at the end ;)
It doesn’t finish just hanging on the e string 12 feet though? There’s a tiny little bit just after. There’s a tiny mandolin fill.
I always played D E D A on the higher strings, which gives more of a mandolin feel, but I will try on on the D string as it look easier to land on the chords.
yep, I was going for ease over octave
Good lesson. I'll have to add this one to the playlist. Don't forget my request.. Nickels and Dimes by Social Distortion 😎. Cheers! Oh, Glenn Fry - Party Town might be a good lesson.
You’re the best, but you still own me Under Cover of Darkness by The Strokes!
yeah i need to do that one!!
Grest lesson and the new Taylor sounds as good s it looks
Brilliant I’ll be practicing this for sure so that’s me in the corner…
that's me in the spot. light.
Chaaaasssssss that was a gooderrrr
:) thanks channel mom
Now this is exactly what I've been wanting so I don't have to run out and find a mandolin on Marketplace. Ha ha jk we all know it's impossible to resist new instruments.
stickin one to the zuck since 2023
FIRST COMMENT! Thanks Ryan!

Aunt Lee passed away yesterday. Should would have loved this.
😢 sorry to hear
@@fenderfox5080 thanks. She lived a long wonderful life. Along with my mom, she was 1 of 18 children. We mourn her passing but celebrate her life. Let's rock on for Aunt Leona.
@@Nissan570Lsx wow that's a big family, Rock on for Aunt Leona 🤘

I wish I didn't see this while on the bus going to work. Now I can't wait to go home to try this in like umm 16 hours 🤮
see you after work :)
weird...the was playing on the cars FM radio as I got home. Get on RUclips and *bam* Rybo's picking it out.
Great teaching as always, RyeBread. However, this is too hard for 64.87% of your viewers, according to my recent poll. We're almost all just baby -steppers, here RyseandShine. P.S. more Tom Petty like Something Big perhaps.
RyeBread :)
Aunties are harder to impress than my ex.
