I think what made JR, such a beloved character was that in a twisted way you liked him, he kept things interesting, and you could actually root for him as messy as he could be. And when he grinned you knew he had another card to play.
I was just in Parker Texas and went to Southfork what a great experience I grew up watching Dallas and to actually be there where they film so many episodes was amazing! Long live J.R.
Ken Kercheval(Cliff Barnes) call the swimming pool fights at Southfork The Ewing Baptisim.Rest in peace Mr Larry Hagman(JR Ewing) thanks for the memories.
JR: "You're wrinkling my clothes!" Ray: "I'll wrinkle your face!" ROTFLMAO!!!! Great scene. THanks for the memories Larry. We'll always love to hate JR because of your magnificent performance of him.
Loved all your vids of the fights! Dallas was by far the best on Television in the 80s. I love the new Dallas, but Larry will certainly be missed. I loved the sparring between Larry & Linda as JR & Sue Ellen. JR never fought much, lol. The only person I ever remember him hitting was Cliff!!!!! I also think JR was called a bastard about 20 times in the years on Dallas. Sort of wish the new Dallas would have the oil baron's ball, the pool fights and the Ewing BBQ. Those were always fun times!
Patrick Duffy hinted with Linda Gray about continuing the story in a new series under a different name; such as, the Bobby Ewing Show. It was on GMA in April.
Esse murro dessa mulher brilhante ai foi verdadeiro viu acho que quebrou o queixo alias todos os murros foram de verdade pois caíram mesmo e de rir viu
J.R. hiding in the bar...While Bobby & Sue Ellen must take a bar dudes out! Bobby always defending Sue Ellen. Jock could still bar brawl at 70. J.R. got soft after his shooting I guess.
If you pay close attention to this show Jr rarely fought and he gave Bobby hell but wouldn't never fight him back and Bobby hit Jr whenever he wanted to but nobody else could Bobby and Ray didn't play that
Aspirational living for us Brits living in grey rainy 🇬🇧 I was at university and we all got together to watch this.
He was one of a kind- thanks for the memories Larry-

Hi Kelly i was surprized that no one ended up in the pool the new season of Dallas .there's always this season LOL,.
when everybody found out donna was from the hood with that punch
Iconic scene.....notice she never got in any fights after
@@Regreviews right 😂
I never noticed how obvious the pool soundstage set with painted backdrop was until now.

Its a wonder J.R. had any teeth as much as he was punched in the face lol
EVA LARUE IS THE FEMALE ON THE LEFT IN THE FIRST SCENE.
Bobby the ballroom brawler?! JR stealing from a dispensary? Clearly, I'm missing out!
Everything was waterproof around Southfork. 😂
1:37 background painting :)
Pourquoi il y a jamais de traduction français dans les séries américaine mis sur you tube ! ca me fait chier !
Looove JR=Tony Nelson=Larry Hagman
Man i loved this show but it really went downhill towards the end
Talk about jumping the shark
after this are there more fights?
J.R. hiding in the bar...While Bobby & Sue Ellen must take a bar dudes out! Bobby always defending Sue Ellen. Jock could still bar brawl at 70. J.R. got soft after his shooting I guess.

Bobby and Ray saving JRs ass in a bar fight
Dee Dee played Maria on All My Children for a LONG time too.
Thank you! Its been driving me nuts wondering where I saw he before
poor JR.....i wonder what the tally is for him getting punched out in the entire series?
Orderly! orderly! Sanatorium gags are the funniest!!!!!
Did Bobby ever lose a fight
and thick cowboy Bobby isn't even copping on :)
If you pay close attention to this show Jr rarely fought and he gave Bobby hell but wouldn't never fight him back and Bobby hit Jr whenever he wanted to but nobody else could Bobby and Ray didn't play that
Don't worry. Someday, he'll pull a "Memphis Slide" back from the grave!
Who is at 3:12 with Bobby?
Michelle Johnson as Jennifer Jantzen.
Vincent1039 I haven't watched the series; is she just a random hook up for JR, or a larger character?
michele also played a call girl in the mid 80'so dallas when they set up the oil commissiner
All My Children!!.
The funny side of the fights-so cute
Sasha Mitchell who would later team up with Patrick Duffy on Step By Step as the ever popular "Code Man" Cody Lambert
T-Bone Hubbard accomplished martial artist too :)
I wonder why they don't have the scene when Kristin smacked Alan Beam
Bobby was the Best fighter!
