Last Sep/Oct I got shingles & diverticulitis back to back. I was completely unable to exercise (except walking) until mid Dec. I lost almost all my gains. I started with your 10 min beginners in mid Dec. Today I did the 20 min for the first time and I am proud of myself!
In October 2019 I had surgery on my back on the O5-I1 disc. After the operation my body became stiff and I could not put on my socks and tie my shoelaces. In September 2020 I was expecting my daughter to be born. I thought I could not even pick her up in a few months. So I decided that I really needed to do something. I found your programs on youtube and started doing your level 0.5 and level 1 programs, as many exercises as I could and as many repetitions as I could, four times a week. Now I have lost 10 kilos and I can do level 4 programs and my mobility and strength are in a good level now. Of course I can lift my daughter who is 12 kilos now and play with her! While everyone else is admiring his body I'm admiring the editing choices and choice of content. 👍 this is a great workout for beginners and not a lot of fitness youtubers seem to focus on beginners so props to you Jordan.

I started to follow Jordan's exercises about 5 months ago, starting with level 0.5, 1 and 1.5 and then this level that I like a lot, everything was excellent but about 5 days ago I had pain in my pelvis. Apparently what I have is called abdominal pubalgia. I hope I can heal and get back into the routines soon as I had lost 10 pounds and was very happy with the exercises. Regards.
I had to change some exercises because of back pains, but I’m finally able to complete the routine without extra pauses! Hope this helps lower my cholesterol ; u ;
