      I subscribed to your program and it is very excellent. It suited me, but the program does not serve all countries. Can you add other languages, especially the Arabic language, we need to make the most of the program 🙏🏻 It will become a year program if you add the other popular languages

    Last Sep/Oct I got shingles & diverticulitis back to back. I was completely unable to exercise (except walking) until mid Dec. I lost almost all my gains. I started with your 10 min beginners in mid Dec. Today I did the 20 min for the first time and I am proud of myself!

    In October 2019 I had surgery on my back on the O5-I1 disc. After the operation my body became stiff and I could not put on my socks and tie my shoelaces. In September 2020 I was expecting my daughter to be born. I thought I could not even pick her up in a few months. So I decided that I really needed to do something. I found your programs on youtube and started doing your level 0.5 and level 1 programs, as many exercises as I could and as many repetitions as I could, four times a week.
    Now I have lost 10 kilos and I can do level 4 programs and my mobility and strength are in a good level now. Of course I can lift my daughter who is 12 kilos now and play with her! Thank you so much Jordan !!

From an absolute couch potato, I have been able to reach up to doing the Level 2 workouts. hopefully I shall soon be able to get to the higher levels soon.     Hi. I started to follow Jordan's exercises about 5 months ago, starting with level 0.5, 1 and 1.5 and then this level that I like a lot, everything was excellent but about 5 days ago I had pain in my pelvis. Apparently what I have is called abdominal pubalgia. I hope I can heal and get back into the routines soon as I had lost 10 pounds and was very happy with the exercises. Regards.

    I had to change some exercises because of back pains, but I’m finally able to complete the routine without extra pauses! Hope this helps lower my cholesterol ; u ;

    I follow Jordan's exercise; he's blaze training. He work hard, good motivated, not hard but not easy. I used his 21 day challenge guiding my workout. Nearly complete. So far I lost 2 kg in 20 day. Appreciated. Thank you!

    I just quick watch some of your videos and i do love how you just get straight to the workout! No long explanation! Just straight too it! You just earn yourself a subscribe from me! ❤😊You are probably the second RUclipsr that does fitness videos and just get straight to the workout! Then this Chris Hernia.
