This is excellent for so many reasons. What struck me first was - this is great for planning on a budget. You've got the planner and a few sticker books but not a lot? This shows how you can use other items you may have (highlighters, washi, even colored pencils or such) and still make it awesome and functional! Love it, Heather!

It inspires me with ideas 💡 I’ve hoped the Happy Planner team would make a colorful box book for the big happy planner, so I could use it in my memory planner. But now I can just make my own with my big box paper punch & markers!💕🤩
Tfs... using a box punch and label paper would be easier .... no measuring and it’s already a sticker!
I did this today but directly on my planner.
I love combining what the two ladies are doing to make these! When I first saw Rebecca do this, I was thinking about making the boxes with the Happy Planner box punch and then adding the washi. But I really like doing them with highlighters instead! Thanks for always being so creative and inspirational!

Oh my goodness! You just totally inspired me to make my own boxes for my mini vertical layout!!! Yaas!!! This could make it work that planner work for me!!! I’ve been trying to figure out how to make it work!!

So easy to make colorful boxes with print and cut on your cricut.
Love the ideal! The Colorful Boxes are my favorite and most used but I still run out of the colors that I want. I even cut the extra colored parts but that does not work when you want to layer.
I do this but on avery label paper and then they are actually stickers. I've never bought a colorful boxes book because there are many other cute books i want that colorful boxes gets pushed down to last on the list. I am still waiting for empowering women, sassy plans, free spirit and all of the new teacher student stickers. I'll probably never get the colorful boxes lol.

I use the crayola markers so I can make bright ones

Would it not be easier to just use the HP box cutter designed to do just this cut out without all the measuring?

This is the same method eat.pray.plan does, but with washi.
twinkle plans her day has been doing this too but just drawing the boxes in her planner. does the same thing and less time!
