@@TomPetoTraining Just wanted to let you know I'm going to continue with this workout, but I aggravated my right chest muscle, and each time it starts to feel better, I start working out too soon and reaggravate it. I'm gonna give it a couple of weeks. Gonna work on walking, jogging, and lower-body strength in the mean time.
@@philtron82 ye don’t rush it, avoid chest flys when you do start back & just do some press ups instead if I include them in a workout until it’s fully better 👍🏼
I really love this one, did 10lb for heavy and 5 for light focusing on a technique, I love the 2 up-hold-4 down approach, I can feel all muscles working properly
Did 15lb for heavy and 10lb for light with the exception of a W Raise which i did with 5lb. Not sure when i'll increase the weight for that execises lol
@@TomPetoTrainingthanks for the fast response! I went with the Bird Dog! But those wipers in the warm up are a killer on my lower back. I can’t always do them because of the pain. 😢
