If there is a starter that can’t mega evolve then the game shouldn’t have mega evolution because that is the biggest spit in the face for a starter to not have a mega and it makes no sense to even put it into a game if a player may not even have a pokemon they like have a mega evolution because you should at the very least have a starter to mega evolve and the fact that starters without mega exist is stupid Also why does raichu not have a mega? If there is a starter that can’t mega evolve then the game shouldn’t have mega evolution because that is the biggest spit in the face for a starter to not have a mega and it makes no sense to even put it into a game if a player may not even have a pokemon they like have a mega evolution because you should at the very least have a starter to mega evolve and the fact that starters without mega exist is stupid
