U forgot to mention the iconic shindo ratio, this guy gets accepted into niji, debuts, four days later terminated. The reason of terminated was that he had a past history of sexual harassment and he has made inappropriate comments about a current nijisanji member, a true termination speedrun

I watched the riro shit in high res confusion. There were so many people who were defending her, saying that she wasn’t in the wrong at all. Even when she absolutely was- lmao. Idol W, riro F
Riro did "nothing wrong" in that "every other termination is a result of colossal miscommunication between company and talent" whereas this one is just... this girl doing shit that'd get you kicked out of any company, y'know? Like, as a "Riro Defender", she absolutely deserved to be removed from idol, it's just such a human happening. Humans can make unbelievably stupid mistakes that take their entire lives to bounce back from. I don't think this is one of those life-rending mistakes. I just think it's sad and she needs real support, because what she was getting wasn't working for anyone
I don't think sleeping with your own fans is defensible. If anything that is a HUGE no for multiple reasons, a massive risk to the VTubers irl safety being one.
@@KinotheHedgehog 1) she never did. intended to, possibly (that could be a really off-color joke, but it's fair enough to treat it as real), but never did 2) she had already accepted a thousand dollars worth of stuff from some IRL fan she went and met (this is just as scary to me as the sex solicitation), and idol never specified intimate relations with one, something you would assume would come up in the notice if it did 3) her manager covering for her at every step is so much more egregious, its your job to stop this shit and instead you tried to "have a secretive relationship with her" (i am interpreting this as having him hide her antics rather than fucking her but it could be anywhere on that spectrum), like Riro did suspicious shit but having the person who's supposed to keep her in line endorse her is a tragedy
Riro's situation is simultaneously hilarious because it's so absurd and sad because she definitely has some serious issues she needs a therapist to deal with but instead she's using drugs and the attention she gets online to self medicate and if she doesn't get help IRL she's gonna get into some life threatening trouble
People don’t realize getting into agencies that this is at the end of the day another job. You have to be mindful what you say or do because if you end up pissing off management you can get the boot.
Going indie as an entertainer/streamer makes way more sense. The only benefit from agencies is exposure, but that's something you can grow organically or via other means.
@@user-fe8gx3ie5v but that's the hardest part being indie some indie may find success or get decent view but many of them didn't find enough view they graduate in 1-2 year tho
@@user-fe8gx3ie5v not quite true. Agencies also help with funding and managing projects. Those types of things can be quite a bit of an undertaking, especially if the talent has no experience with it, so working with an Agency to handle it for you so you can focus primarily on streaming can be immensely helpful.
@@user-fe8gx3ie5v True, but fame n exposure takes infinitely more time n effort as an indie, also a lot of luck, so thats the trade off. I was waiting for the Shindo Raito mention. It’s so hard to find info on his situation, but he basically had bad intentions from the beginning, and him actually getting through to the point of debuting is kind of alarming.
that was such a speed-run graduation its outright funny... also proves why its important to have several interviews and background checks befure debuting anyone.
Na, Rushia isn't sad at all because it was literally her own fault she got terminated, she got too scared about people thinking she's dating MafuMafu that she got nothing better to do than to give full access of her working Discord channel to a literally dramatuber without realizing she might be damaging others if the person had bad intention. Literally she only had to stay away from her computer and phone since Cover was doing everything to avoid drama but nah, she had to mess up everything and people still think she didn't deserve the termination or that she's fully innocent for what happened
@@CallMeG99its actually sad because she did shoot her own foot after being the most successful Holovt at the time. She mentally broke down, she was as parasocial to her fans as her fans were to her.

I think both “her own actions and impulses causes her downfall (as well as culminating a parasocial fanbase)” and “With the overwhelming harassment, threats, and lies from a single pop-up, Rushia was harmed and unfortunately had a mental breakdown” can be true given what happened
Especially in the case of RIro Ron, as Idol was in a lose lose situation with that one especially if it was actually the lead manager that got fired that she was in a secretive relationship with. And even then there were a lot of Americans that don't understand how power dynamics work or why that was so bad in the first place and why it was a legitimate reason to fire both the head/lead manager -(tittles are confusing in workplaces a lot of the times)- and her alone. Hell even if it was not the head manager if it was one that could grant her perms that would be bad enough to warrant for both being fired

That thing might have been false. There's no evidence that the person claiming to be her manager actually went to the police, and didn't had any serious pause in online activity, also that person seemed more like your bogstandard fan who likely didn't like a certain person.
When i first found out about her a few years ago that was my fitrst thought, but then i realised, this wouldn't have happened if she had returned the money, instead because she didn't return the money as the guy had asked she is just as bad as he was - taking advantage of a man for personal gain. they were both as bad as each other

Kaguya Luna seems to experience a similar condition, maybe. A teenager behind the rising content creator, Pmaru (2017), called to fill the role of Kaguya Luna. Works in big city with adult ass man and some contracts that a teenager couldn't understand fully. These adults took advantage of her, carrying out activities that were not in accordance with the contract, she was stuck there for up to 2 years, with the intensity of his activities decreasing, eventhough her content was refreshingly creative at that time. She wanted to do many things, but the adults always rejected her. And she tried uploading in her old persona channel, Pmaru, doing what she wanted. A year later she made her 3D debut, told her fans what happened on Twitter and on one of the pages in his fanbook. Now she is happy doing what she wants without pressure from these adults. She isnt called herself vtuber tho. She starts from doing cover songs, drawings, creating anime skits, and such. "A content creator" would be best fit to describe her.
The ironic thing is Mafumafu had texted her that message because she kept accusing him of cheating on her and Rushia would get mad when he wouldn’t reply to her messages. He texted her that messages to “calm her nerves” and that was what sparked all the rumors in the first place. Basically she shot herself in the foot.💀
Wildest part of this is Mel is the one they brought in to replace Hitomi Chris when she got terminated pre-debut, one could say that spot in 1st gen is cursed... Edit: Ok I worded that poorly, Mel who debuted before the rest of Gen 1 (and likely wasn't intended to be part of that Gen originally) was added to the roster of Gen 1 in the wake of Chris's termination to fill out the 5 member group dynamic. It all happened so early on that she's been with the Gen the entire time, so no one really considers her an "addition" (and rightfully so).
You know what I fear for Riro If she comes back the people who will follow her will follow her because of "based" These people will just then encourage such behaviour and then when she spirals , Will they be there for her? No simply because they NEVER actually cared for her . And I fear that will end up poorly for her. And before people say she did nothing wrong She was abusing controlled substances Yes it was only sleeping pills but guess what every drug there is has instructions why? Because they can have negative effects especially when not taken correctly Also Imagine if the fan she met was not upstanding, THAT could of ended up in numerous of horrible ways NOT just for her but for her colleagues To all the people saying they care for her, If you believe she did nothing wrong , you never did , or you would care that she was potentially harming herself.

@@mezenihello the announcement called it a graduation, plus it is up to the graduating (not terminated) streamers if they want to hold a graduation stream and in what form would they like their channel to be left (everything privated, selected videos left or everything left) While I feel like Yugo's graduation was on a messier side, both sides not really satisfied with how things ended up, I'm pretty sure the person behind Yugo agreed to leave the company (we don't know if the idea about leaving came from them or the company) and wasn't fired - it was "yeah, things aren't working out, let's part ways" and not "get out, you're too much of a problem" like Zaion's termination for example
With Zaion post-termination, I've seen opinions stretching between "she was the start of the NijiEN fall" to "she proves this or that about Niji's hiring policies, and she's manipulative about public opinion". But having watched Zaion's roommate off and on for a while now post-termination, while those off-color jokes were really poor taste and definitely a mistake, I can safely say she pretty much just wasn't a good fit for Niji's (and Japanese corporate media culture in general) extreme image focus. She's more free-spirited like what indies can get away instead of PR-focused like what most corps want, but she seems to get along with the EN indie sphere well.

@Thepotatogoddess I will preface this by saying I do not believe he was intentionally acting maliciously. I would like to add, Nousagi has been known for posting actual info about vtubers on his paid patreon (one archive on kemono still has it). Yes its equal to selling irl info about talents (even their relatives too). Dude could know a lot/ good at digging stuff but for his intentions, is debatable.

Transparency can be very sticky and you need to find the balance. After all, Livers/Vtubers have a lot of fans and if they just disappear without explanation then people start to worry. If the company doesn't say anything at all then the talents can only paint their side of the story, making them seem innocent, even if they really did break contract or even the law. On the other hand, airing the dirty laundry to much turns into smear campaign and that's just awful.
Zaion's termination sometimes feels kinda funny. Even when Yugo was suddenly announced as graduating without a proper graduation, not even 6 months into this, everyone still includes him in the background months after the announcement, he didn't brought so much bad energy into his career. Zaion's case however. I still remember standing on the train when reading that announcement. BOI even the gen mates expressed their discomfort and dissatisfaction with her contribution to any kind of discussion they had with management (except for one gen mate who didn't talked about her at all while everyone else was). Some other niji en talents also expressed some bits of what they were allowed to say regarding her and it wasn't that good either. All while this was going around, the person behind Zaion was posting on her other accounts like she's invincible and that terminating her was a missed opportunity of the greatest. It was like watching her and her little armies trying to start a fight with the company
You still lick the boot of Riku? After all that happened? If you had more than average room temperature IQ, perhaps you would be able to understand that Zaion’s termination was a sign that something was very wrong with company. Also, the way she was thrown under the bus was super unnatural and seemed like heavy damage control from management
@@wadewilson1275 if your iq was higher than the temperature outside (2 degrees in my case ^^), you'd see that zaion's been talking out of her salty ass all this time and the only one stabbing (more from front than back, I'll give her that) was her she messed up. missed her chance and is still salty about it, that's the whole story
Was she salty? Yes. Did she made tons of error? Yes. Was she not doing enough to draw people to her side during her termination and antagonising her co-workers? Yes. Was she right about NijiEN being run into the ground? Also yes. Was she right NijiEN is filled with factionalism and bias depending on performance? Very probable yes. Was her colleagues being collective assholes, unprofessionally calling her out on their stream? Definitely yes. Did NijiEN unprofessionally made a list of “reasons for termination” which consists of some very weak and spiteful points that make little sense? I would say yes. I’m camp both did a lot of things wrong. However, I definitely think NijiEN management deserved more criticism than an arrogant but ultimately not as “talented” streamer. Even if Zaion was being an ass privately while not being able to produce much results, that should have no bearing on their unprofessional, spiteful reaction. Other members should not be commenting on her termination, to both be respectful and maintain professionalism, separating work and personal life.
Tbh what surprises me the most to this day is how Zaion got into nijisanji, like, I've seen the audition form and you have to put all your vtuber related socials/sites you stream on, I dont think that if she behaved like this on stream she didnt do so in the previous places she streamed at so its like...? I will admit, I am also guilty of instantly thinking about Rushia when I hear “VTuber Termination” since it is the first one I experienced and it so happened to be with one that I really did like though I am glad she is doing better nowadays.
transparency is for sure important but like,it needs to be actual reasons for the termination and not just a list of every single mistake they ever made..just the actual important reason/reasons.

I think personally there can be a fine line between too much info, and too little information. VTubing agencies; while having their own sense of transparency, I think they can find that grey area. When a Vtuber does something extremely wrong, such as pedophilia or Grooming; it should definitely be stated as such. I.E: "This Vtuber has been terminated on grounds of Grooming and Pedophilic acts against other members or fans" In cases of Riro I think they did the perfect Grey area, not too much information and not too little information. I think the simple "Breach of Contract" can have it's importance but it's also good to be transparent about major things, cause "Breach of Contract" can mean many things. And it isn't very, insightful on one hand. On the other it can also explain why most Vtuber or Idol companies don't think of putting much other than "Breach of contract" Sometimes.
Also just to add to the Rushia/Mafumafu drama, that wasn't the first time those allegations popped up. Awhile beforehand on Twitter, JP fans had seen, and I wish I was kidding, a plate with a specific design that Mafumafu had causing many to believe that they were dating or living together It remained mostly on the Japanese side with Mafu making a statement that they did know each other but were just friends and putting it to rest in like a week, but when the Discord messages happened it just reignited the flames and pretty much caused those same ppl to believe that the previous statement might have actually been a lie and that they WERE dating...it was insane to say the least (Edit from the future:....Well I guessed everything above aged like milk in a morbidly hilarious but shocking way) Edit: also on the topic of transparency, i think the best way of handling it was how Hololive initially handled the Rushia/Mafu Drama Tell ppl that they see the fan's concerns its none of their business, transparent enough to get a peak at the innerworkings of the company, but vauge enough to not give too much away The Zaion stuff while having real grievances, is still an example of how NOT to handel it especially when they branded her for a Deez Nuts joke from a company nobodys ever heard of until her termination, along with how some talents, outside of Doppio and a few other who said NOTHING, put a standard on themselves that got scrutinized IMMEDIATELY by their next stream with certain action (aka Hex and the Dildo incident)
Hololive handled the Rushia situation as well as anyone could possibly have handled that situation. They fully supported her until right before the end, including releasing an official statement saying that they will not bonk talents who have romantic or sexual relationships with other consenting adults (most of their talents were at least 18 years old when they first signed their contracts, and the few who weren't have since had their 18th birthdays; so all current and former Holomems are adults, character lore notwithstanding). The end of their full support was also handled well, firing her only for breaching the NDA and effectively telling the world that they are not taking a "some employees are more equal than others" approach to contract enforcement. They also did not fully unperson her when they deleted her YT and twitter content -- streams and videos featuring her on other holomems' channels were allowed to stay up, including the hologra which happened right before they fired her, and a cameo in one of Marine's MVs that was published several weeks after.
The things that they had in common was the most basic random cat tree you can possibly have and some cutlery ( I don't know if that is the right english word ) that fans gave Mafumafu and he used it. They actually didn't know each other well. There is messages from them when the old drama happened. They ironically got to know each other better because of the first drama. XD Idol culture can be cruel. They both have obsessive fanbases unfortunately. They were not dating as far as we know. They both denied it. But that didn't help. People were still cruel. I wish idol culture can change more in the future.
@@lezbianfreak To summarize, since Zaion made those sexual comments about the SA character, when she was terminated, a few of her genmates criticized her actions, with Hex standing out, because he opened up about his experience as an SA victim Many, like myself saw nothing wrong with that, in fact it can be seen as an educational moment for Zaion and Niji's audience about boundaries and jokes that can cross the line...and then his next stream happened It was "Viewer Submitted Assets"...and...the first item he pulled out was a censored dildo...for obvious reasons he got a lot of push back since, in programs like Vtube Studio, you have to manually open your files beforehand and put them in the asset folder, in short, you can't really "guess" what your viewers send you unless it's fan mail 😅 And after talking about a serious subject like assault not even a full 24hrs before the asset stream, it kinda felt uhhhhh...inappropriate 🫠

"Mikeneko seems alright" Yeah, I clicked on this video despite being old because I couldn't remember how it originally went because of how crazy her story is from termination onwards.
So the Rushia one, yeahhhh she deserved it more than anyone. Selen was crazy because of what came to light in the entire situation internally at Nijisanji and it really connected some dots with Pomu's prior departure not long before. Both were pioneers and focal points of the EN portion of Nijisanji. I think the toxic workplace claims from Selen now Doki really fill in some of the speculations on Pomu's departure, especially after she vocalized how bummed she was after a project she REALLY wanted to do got shot down with little reason. She has talked a bit more and it was Metal Gear related and the opportunity was limited time. She likely wouldnt have had the chance again and Niji shot that down. The Mel situation is just sad mostly. She has been through hell in her personal life and ended up subjected to targetted harassment and threats of doxxing from her OWN COMPANY she worked under. A Cover manager used their position to threaten her with leaks. Then they terminated her for allegedly leaking Cover information to third parties. Like, you get threatened and harassed to the point police had to get involved by your employer, then your employer fires you because you didnt guard information well enough? Seems like some sick irony after going through all that. Seems Cover cares more about their own information than their employees.
You know, there’s something that all these terminations have in common. I believe the main fault here is the fans who don’t mind their own business. All of these problems escalated because the fans just spread rumors and information. This is not only vtubers, it’s literally celebrities too. Why do we live in a world where fans dox their Oshis and get to their personal life. Specifically about Rushia, that really didn’t need to escalate. The fans were making a big deal about it when in reality they have no reason to know that private stuff. I get they want to support them but remember that these vtubers are people who have their own lives to live in a peaceful manner. Poor Rushia was having a mental breakdown. You call that helping? Although each of them did something wrong which led to their termination, it really didn’t need to escalate that much. Those fans need to stop and let them live a peaceful life. That’s why I think vtubers is a tougher job than celebrities when it comes to mental state. Anywho, that’s all.
Damn dude. Imagine if you had wanted to upload this video 4 weeks later like today. You would have to edit a few more Vtubers in like wow. And it's only febuary
Considering the news i just heard about Rushia (Her being abusive, cheating on mafumafu) I can say that i kind of knew what was gonna happen. Im just glad that i didn't fully supported her back then.
I still don’t understand why Chris got fired. Is being doxxed a breach of contract? If so, ANY member of Hololive could get doxxed and then fired, so nobody is safe. Is it her being in a compensated relationship? Then why does Hololive now take the position that private life shouldn’t matter, like they did with Rushia?
A majority of hololive talents have prior success from before hololive, so their identities are open secrets that you could find if you looked, hell I’ve found a couple of them by complete accident.
Policies change and a certain sound cloud rapper has said that she can't be fired for the information other people reveal about her. Cover would be damned fools to let antis have that sort of power.
Because compensated dating as a minor is illegal in Japan. There's no company that wouldn't fire you if you did something illegal while working for them and they were forced to know about it. There's a difference between "your private life doesn't matter," and "don't do illegal shit that can make us liable."
@@Ryuuchie That makes more sense as an explanation. Though it still shouldn’t be considered illegal IMO. If an adult and a child are dating, that should only be illegal on the adult’s part.
@@aaaah540 It more or less is because while the manager was jailed (at least that's what the rumor mill states); the only punishment Chris got was her subsequent firing. That was because even if she's a minor who's deemed incapable of making decisions due to her age such as minors are treated everywhere else; the reality is that Cover can't give the same leeway. There's a difference between Marine making old man jokes or the girls flirting with each other; and one of their talents being found out as actually doing the act of compensated dating. Realistically, even if she wasn't a minor; she still would have been fired because the image is going to look bad no matter what (especially since their entire position is of a public facing company). Boils down to telling the talents they can't have a boyfriend is overstepping; but telling the talents that they can't prostitute themselves is common sense. Don't get me wrong though; the manager deserved jail because his MO was to solicit desperate up-and-coming vtubers for sex in exchange for providing them the equipment to do the vtubing. That unfortunately doesn't excuse the company from the court of public opinion; which is why Chris is still a hot-topic to this day where people will cite her at fault even though she was really just guilty of being young and stupid; just like everyone else has been when they were young (at least morally. In technical sense, she was still guilty of compensated dating and scamming someone[even though the person is a POS] which would never be able to be reconciled if they kept her onboard).

Riro Ron to be honest, I don't even care about her persona or who she used to be or whatever, but when I saw her termination, and when I saw that, they let her go, my first thought wasn't, oh my God, she ruined her career and blah blah blah, blah, blah, and she used to be this, so on big, influencer this so called big Vtuber that's all people really cared about, and that's crazy to me like I didn't watch her, but at least I have enough empathy to say that, you know, is she alright, even if she did all this stuff, and people have a negative look on her, my only concern was, was she alright after taking all those substances and doing all this, she's going down a dark path, and I am like very much concerned, even though she's not like, you know, a v tuber anymore i can't help but still be like what lead her to start doing these things 🤔 f*ck the vtuber scandal i what i really wanna hear is is she off substances, is she like going to seek therapy is she doing alright to other people, I might sound like a pair of social fan, but in reality, I'm just a person with concerns and have a different priority than others a person who can be worried
Well heres what I know She was like this with her Previous persona It was well known she was abusing substances and quite depressed She then recovered and joined Idol and then she started again My take is this that she may not handle popularity well .

Zaion making that "I like little boys" joke as sarcasm was funny given the charas she was playing but the r@pe joke was just too far. Making that kinda joke says a lot abt u...
I like the breakdown here, the humor placed over an otherwise dreary topic gave a nice 'lightness' to the video hah. As for the transparency? I'd say more is better. With how corporations are these days, any level of transparency is hard to argue against.

People don’t realize getting into agencies that this is at the end of the day another job. You have to be mindful what you say or do because if you end up pissing off management you can get the boot.
People don’t treat this s**t like an actual job and professionalism is kind of necessary and it shows
Going indie as an entertainer/streamer makes way more sense.
Rushia is just one of the saddest. Riro is one of the most hilarious
Edit: Well... Sh!t

@@CallMeG99People kept calling her phone and driving her over the edge. I hate that this keeps getting overlooked.
@@someguy3263 But she fostered that type of relationship
Not saying its her fault but it comes with the territory and how she acted with fans attracted a certain type of viewer.
I think both “her own actions and impulses causes her downfall (as well as culminating a parasocial fanbase)” and “With the overwhelming harassment, threats, and lies from a single pop-up, Rushia was harmed and unfortunately had a mental breakdown” can be true given what happened
The transparency debate is real tho, I genuinely don't know how one could handle it without getting some group riled up. 😂
@@JohnnyYeTaecanUktena didn’t help that idol already claimed they wanted to be a transparent company so if they held back it could’ve ended slightly worse

When i first found out about Chris, i could only think about how an adult ass man was taking advantage of a minor with aspirations and she likely didnt know the consequences of what he wanted. Bc she was. Yknow. A *teenager.*
That thing might have been false. There's no evidence that the person claiming to be her manager actually went to the police, and didn't had any serious pause in online activity, also that person seemed more like your bogstandard fan who likely didn't like a certain person.
When i first found out about her a few years ago that was my fitrst thought, but then i realised, this wouldn't have happened if she had returned the money, instead because she didn't return the money as the guy had asked she is just as bad as he was - taking advantage of a man for personal gain. they were both as bad as each other
@@herozero8809 call me crazy but i think if a child realizes they're being SAed and wants to cut off a relationship, the 30yo man shouldn't have doxxed her. She shouldn't need to return anything.
Yeah, now she will dub anime or game. Life's going on, let's move on. 🎉
Yozora Mel's my biggest opp AIN'T NO WAY SHE GOT TERMINATED A WEEK AFTER MY VIDEO! 😭
Dang dude, no luck with timing.
I was just about to comment that
At least Mel seems to have left largely amicably and with minimum drama despite breaking her contract. Might not have fit in the video anyway lol

You know what I fear for Riro
If she comes back the people who will follow her will follow her because of "based"
These people will just then encourage such behaviour and then when she spirals , Will they be there for her? No simply because they NEVER actually cared for her .
And I fear that will end up poorly for her.
And before people say she did nothing wrong
She was abusing controlled substances
Yes it was only sleeping pills but guess what every drug there is has instructions why? Because they can have negative effects especially when not taken correctly
Also Imagine if the fan she met was not upstanding, THAT could of ended up in numerous of horrible ways
NOT just for her but for her colleagues

it's even more fucked up ESPECIALLY if she was a minor. imagine if you were 15-16 and in order to achieve your dream you had to date some random dude likely YEARS older than you??? it's just so upsetting to me
@@cureholly. The rest didn't, that's why you can get mad at her as much as any other star playing victim now.
@@otroweonllamadosebaYou clearly lack the ability to emphasize with teens' inability to make good choices.
She was dumb and took the risk to get her dream career, and the guy was obviously taking advantage of her. Dating as a trade for equipment is only an offer a sicko would make.
Thanks to the Selen termination, more of NijiEn's corrupt management came in to light and Sayu was vendicated as well.
And then all but one of her gen mates went into damage control and started slinging mud at her. Super weird.
You still lick the boot of Riku? After all that happened? If you had more than average room temperature IQ, perhaps you would be able to understand that Zaion’s termination was a sign that something was very wrong with company. Also, the way she was thrown under the bus was super unnatural and seemed like heavy damage control from management
@@wadewilson1275 if your iq was higher than the temperature outside (2 degrees in my case ^^), you'd see that zaion's been talking out of her salty ass all this time and the only one stabbing (more from front than back, I'll give her that) was her
she messed up. missed her chance and is still salty about it, that's the whole story
@@blairfujinSo um, the Selen situation happened, Zaion may not be as salty people thought she was.
Other members should not be commenting on her termination, to both be respectful and maintain professionalism, separating work and personal life.
whenever i think of what riro did, and i see that model. someone host my funeral, cause i'm dead asf
Tbh what surprises me the most to this day is how Zaion got into nijisanji, like, I've seen the audition form and you have to put all your vtuber related socials/sites you stream on, I dont think that if she behaved like this on stream she didnt do so in the previous places she streamed at so its like...? So damn bizarre to me tbh.
I remember the vtuber board /vt/ being spammed about how hololive missed a very good talent in kyorisu when idol picked her ☠️☠️
I will admit, I am also guilty of instantly thinking about Rushia when I hear “VTuber Termination” since it is the first one I experienced and it so happened to be with one that I really did like though I am glad she is doing better nowadays.
This aged like milk lol, i hope she is doing worse and got what she deserver for all her abusive actions.
Yes, good. She abused her husband and made him suicidal. Good.
Shit got even crazier for rushia
transparency is for sure important but like,it needs to be actual reasons for the termination and not just a list of every single mistake they ever made..just the actual important reason/reasons.

I think personally there can be a fine line between too much info, and too little information.
VTubing agencies; while having their own sense of transparency, I think they can find that grey area.
When a Vtuber does something extremely wrong, such as pedophilia or Grooming; it should definitely be stated as such.
I.E: "This Vtuber has been terminated on grounds of Grooming and Pedophilic acts against other members or fans"
In cases of Riro I think they did the perfect Grey area, not too much information and not too little information.
Appreciate your point of view!
the editing on this video is very adhd friendly i love it
Riro Ron is a REAL rock star...
but I hope she's doing okay, I know the Endless girls loved her and she loved them. I
And every rock star needs groupies, it seems.
Also just to add to the Rushia/Mafumafu drama, that wasn't the first time those allegations popped up.
Awhile beforehand on Twitter, JP fans had seen, and I wish I was kidding, a plate with a specific design that Mafumafu had causing many to believe that they were dating or living together
It remained mostly on the Japanese side with Mafu making a statement that they did know each other but were just friends and putting it to rest in like a week, but when the Discord messages happened it just reignited the flames and pretty much caused those same ppl to believe that the previous statement might have actually been a lie and that they WERE dating...it was insane to say the least
(Edit from the future:....Well I guessed everything above aged like milk in a morbidly hilarious but shocking way)
Edit: also on the topic of transparency, i think the best way of handling it was how Hololive initially handled the Rushia/Mafu Drama
Tell ppl that they see the fan's concerns its none of their business, transparent enough to get a peak at the innerworkings of the company, but vauge enough to not give too much away
The Zaion stuff while having real grievances, is still an example of how NOT to handel it especially when they branded her for a Deez Nuts joke from a company nobodys ever heard of until her termination, along with how some talents, outside of Doppio and a few other who said NOTHING, put a standard on themselves that got scrutinized IMMEDIATELY by their next stream with certain action (aka Hex and the Dildo incident)
XD
Idol culture can be cruel. They both have obsessive fanbases unfortunately. They were not dating as far as we know. They both denied it. But that didn't help. People were still cruel.
I wish idol culture can change more in the future.
Zeig Zaion
should i even ask wtf the hex and the dildo incident is 😭
@@lezbianfreak To summarize, since Zaion made those sexual comments about the SA character, when she was terminated, a few of her genmates criticized her actions, with Hex standing out, because he opened up about his experience as an SA victim
Many, like myself saw nothing wrong with that, in fact it can be seen as an educational moment for Zaion and Niji's audience about boundaries and jokes that can cross the line...and then his next stream happened
It was "Viewer Submitted Assets"...and...the first item he pulled out was a censored dildo...for obvious reasons he got a lot of push back since, in programs like Vtube Studio, you have to manually open your files beforehand and put them in the asset folder, in short, you can't really "guess" what your viewers send you unless it's fan mail 😅
And after talking about a serious subject like assault not even a full 24hrs before the asset stream, it kinda felt uhhhhh...inappropriate 🫠
guess Rushia deserved that termination after what has been revealed. my man mafu suffered!!!
Regarding mikeneko she still use that menhera personality like rushia, not only that she also use the same artist as rushia for her new model

HEY BRO, YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR STUFF ABOUT RUSHIA HOLY CRAP.
What's up, new to the channel, but definitely enjoying your content looking forward to more!
Hope you enjoy your stay!
Aaand the Zaion one has a bit of an epilogue needed
Seems Cover cares more about their own information than their employees.
coming back after the news, Rushia's termination got crazier
Time to ad Selen to the list
Damn the list definitely got some change after today
