After a year of trying to ignore the leakage,instead turning off the tap supplying water to the cistern pot,re grouting the tiles due to water getting in,mold near flush due to water dripping,i thought i should check youtube once.
Ur video gave clear instructions.
Didnt wait a minute,its 12:45am here,went and did as shown in video.
Leakage has stopped.
