Ball mechs go go go! (Major Experimentals mod, Rusted Warfare)

Ball mechs have two modes. When closed, they have high armor and mobility but are unable to attack. When opened, they can attack but are slow and vulnerable. Inspired by the megatanks in Code Lyoko.
