You can get through your dark night of the soul. The big takeaways? Accept what you are going through. Take a break and withdraw as much as you can or need to while you experience some serious soul pruning. Drink WATER. SLEEP. Eat nutritious food. And above all, realize that EVERYTHING CHANGES. One day you will wake up and with one single breath you will realize that now you are in a space of growth instead of the dark night.
Remember to ASK NEW QUESTIONS. Ask and ye shall receive. Ask God and your body what questions to ask to help shift you out of the space you are in. What new questions will come into your mind? And with them-what new answers?

I too have felt morose since the April 8th Eclipse. And I believe many others feel something similar. I read on FB Posts, I see it on news stories, and I hear from RUclips channel hosts, such as yourself.
As much as I want to believe that humans are past it, I rather sense that we are all only at the beginning. That our Dark Hour of the Soul has settled upon humanity and that we must work and pray our way through it to a new dawn.
